Rules: Make a Level 8 Machine effect monster. That's it. Simple.

Try no to make the Card too OP'd.

Here is my card.

This card's battle position cannot be changed except by card effect. If this card attacks your opponent's monster, and this card's ATK is higher than the DEF of your opponents monster, inflict difference damage to your opponent's Life points. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by battle or by card effect, you and your opponent must discard your hands. If this card attacks an opponent's monster, you must skip your next turn. Also, if this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, the controller of this card must pay 100 Life Points for every turn that this card is on the field.

Please give a reason for your vote.

Loser has to donate 500 points and 1 reps to the winner.

Here it is

Genex Neutron

Junk Synchron + 1 or more Non-Tuner Monsters

Once per turn, you can skip your Draw Phase to add 1 Machine-type monster from your deck to your hand. During battle between this attacking monster, and a DEF position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of the attacking monster, inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponents Life points.

Before I begin, you can only give the winner 1 Rep in a 1v1. It's listed in the rules. The points however are fine.

...alright...I have issues with both cards, but they aren't too bad overall.

Starrk: Just like I said elsewhere, the effects on this card have no flow. It just seems like random effects posted together. Solid card though, perhaps OP'd but it's fine.

Ryu: First off, even though it doesn't say it in the rules, you probably shouldn't do a remake for a card. Also, why Junk Synchron? Genex have their own Tuners. Balanced enough card though.

Overall, both cards are decent, OCG is good and the pics fit, but I'm going to go with Starrk for being more useful and more creative.
