Touhou: Red Dawn: Ooc /Not started/Accepting/2 Co-hosts wanted

[indent]Greetings and welcome! I am pleased that you could make it. We've gathered everyone here today to show you something special, to bring you somewhere special.[/indent] We bring you to the Land of Fantasy, the fantastic lands known as Gensokyo! Why do you ask? Because gossip and rumors travel fast, and a ceartin rumor has captivated and reached through most of Gensokyo. A ceartin rumor which, is causing quite the scare, as well as a glorious uproar. What could it be? What could be happening in the lands of Gensokyo. Written below are the two rumors pieced together and turned into a solid statement. It is possible this way to easily understand the situation at which we are facing with this.
[Spoiler= Project: Utlimate Freedom] [indent]The Ultimate Freedom as they call it. Gensokyo is shielded by a special barrier which keeps things in, and keeps things out. A simple sort of[/indent] barrier it is, but nothing next to the grand scale of things. The rumor titled, The Ultimate Freedom does not imply the destruction of the barrier around Gensokyo, but the barriers that divide all of the worlds. Yes, ALL of the worlds. You might be wandering what that means, but think of it like this. Galaxies are incredibly far from each other, attemping to engage in contact with a person in Galaxy A from Galaxy B would take an impossible amount of time. Now, what if the thing that kept them seprated was not distance or space, but was actually a boundary, or a barrier. The rumor in Gensokyo talks of destroying these boundaries, allowing for the worlds to all come together as one. This, is the ultimate freedom. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler= The Red Dawn Project] [indent]As everyone knows, there are two sides to every story. So in this case, there is a second rumor, one that mirror's the first one but in a completely diffirent view.[/indent] The first rumor was seen as a sort of freedom. A thing which could prove benefical to the world. This is not the case. The truth behind the rumor lyes in an unknown faction who supports a project known as the "Red Dawn Project." What exactly is "Red Dawn"? The "Red Dawn Project" follows the same lines as "Ultimate Freedom." but what makes it diffirent is that the people behind this project seek seize other life by all means nessacary. A revolution of some sorts. A war in some ways. If the world's come together in the way that it has been spoken in rumors, is it the Ultimate Freedom that awaits us? The dawn of a glorious new age for all living things alike. Or. Is the destruction of the boundaries, the catalyst for a Red Dawn? A bloody tommorow filled with sorrow and mourning. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler= Present Day] [indent]In the present day life generally remained the same except for a few ascepts. The magnitude of the rumors had a huge impact on a ceartin few people.[/indent] There are those, human and youkai alike who appose the idea of the Ultimate Freedom, who believe that the Ultimate Freedom is indeed the cover up for a Red Dawn. Some of these people band together in an anomyous faction. Some work and investiage alone. Of course, their are those, human and youkai alike who are for the idea of the Ultimate Freedom. Because not all of the residence of Gensokyo are fully aware of both rumors, there are some who support the Ultimate Freedom Project blindly. Then you have those with the darkness in their heart. The one's who follow the leader of an anomyous faction which wishes to cause the Red Dawn. Lastly there are those who do not nessicairly believe in the rumors but know that is no possible way of benefit from either project succedding. But what do they know? It is perhaps a rumor after all...or is it?

However not all has been well. A string of murders have arisen in Gensokyo, murders which started up not too long after the spread of the "Red Dawn Project" rumor. Six deaths have been faced and one victim of these attacks has survived. Her name is [b]Aya Shameimaru[/b]. A renownd reproted in Gensokyo's land being believed to have known or at least met everyone in Gensokyo. She is being treated but seems to be un-able to recover from her attack. Having fallen comatose, people believe that Aya might have discoveried something that had to do with the recent "Red Dawn Project" rumors. If the rumors are true, then it is indeed possible, that the attack on Aya and the murder of six other Gensokyo residents are linked to the conspiraters of the project.

In addition to the recent string of murders another strange occurence is taking place. Snow. It has been snowing nonstop. It has been expected that the snow started a few days after the rumors started, and at no point does it seem like the snow will stop falling. Is the change of weather a prelude to what's to come? Is the world heading towards a Red Dawn?

8. Addtionally, each RPer may control one NPC from Touhou. Although it is not necessary, a few of them have a big impact on the story. (Aya, Yakumo and Tenshii)
9. Only Co-Hosts can control Yakumo and Tenshii (and only one Co-host can control one of them)

Appearance: Vincent stands at around Five-foot Nine. His appearance is rather refined with the exception of a few battle-scars on his body. Both his hair and eyes are blue, and his hair lets out in slight-spikes, they barely reach over his eyes. He has a small nose and small lips. His eyes always look like they are gazing into the distance. His casual atire consists of regular T-shirts, slick-jeans and a coat, but due to the weather he has been wearing a full white-robe with an adjustable muffler to cover the mouth. It is fitted with a hood and soft-cotton laden in the hood to keep his ears warm. Underneath the robe he carries a sheathd sword known as "Dawnbreak."

Powers: When holding a pointed-object, he can concentrait electrical energy at the tip to be used in various ways. Nihil: An abilty which triggers in dire situations. It has the power to nullafy other powers. Also, Nihil is given off when ever Vincent touches someone or something, causing a slow-process which removes toxins from ones body.
Personaltiy: Vincent acts like your typical quiet Hero. Usally silent unless spoken too. He knows the diffirence between right and wrong and absoulutely refuses to have to kill someone. He is kind to anyone untill that person has treated him bad. He speaks righteously.

Bio: Vincent had never before been seen in Gensokyo untill a period of time after the rumors started. It has been for this reason that he was prosecuted for being the master mind of the Red Dawn Project. However there were people who vouched for him and he got away from it safely. Vincent makes a poor-living by shoveling snow for the residents of Gensokyo. Some pay him, some allow him to stay the night at their place. The robe he wears was hand-made by him self.
PoV on Situation: 100% Against the Ultimate Freedom and Red Dawn Projects. He stands alone, not apart of any factions which are against the two projects as well. As he works and helps the residence of Gensokyo he learns what he cans. He also visits Aya from time to time to see if she's recovering.

RP Sample: Staring into a small-coffee mug filled with a greenish liquid, Vincent was sitting at a circular table in what seems to be a small cafe. His orange shirt stuck out despite being one of the few only people in the cafe at that time. He blinked a few times and turned his head, looking out a window. Sitting there at the table, his hand cupping the handle of the coffee mug. His white robe glowing from the lights on the ceiling, Vincent watched the snow fall throughout the landscape behind the glass windows. Many things were floating through his head, but he was certain about one thing. That he wanted to see that the rumored Red Dawn Project be put to an end. He wasn't sure what to do in the mean time, he had a small income and suffered from not always having places to stay. Vincent let out a soft-sigh and took a drink from the coffee-mug. It was Green Tea in the cup, and Vincent smiled contently as he placed the now empty mug back on the table.

This is my first attempt at an RP. The story structure was pretty simple for me to come up with because it is based off a fanfic of mine of the same name. (Red Dawn) I am hoping for two people to want to be Co-hosts in this because i have holes in my time due to work and other things. I am working on one last spoiler box which quickly summarizes all of the above spoilers (except the Rules and Apps) so that it wont be so annoying/time consuming to read. Sorry, and thanks in advanced. Let's hope i did good. Hopefully i didn't miss anything..

Biography:Jake is an Experiment. he wasn't born in a Hospital or Nursed by a Mother no he was a Clone. For his creation goes deep into the past of Gensokyo. There was once a Very Rich family.This family consisted of a 12 Year-old Daughter Violet a 10 Year-Old Son Maxwell and 2 infant twins Tery and Toby age 3. Now this family is not Snobby at all no everyone loves them even the thugs! One day however their son Maxwell was Hit by a Car. It was an Accident and the family forgave the driver however the son dies. Soon after this the father goes to the BioLab in which he owns in order to try to revive his son through the Cloning process. The Cloning Scientist whose name is Dr.Phalenx. for some reason Hated the family. mostly because the father stole the love of his life and his promotion. the Father, Oblivious of Dr Phalenx's Hatred believes he is a good friend. however during the Cloning Process Dr.Phalenx Unleashes his master plan. For Dr.Phalenx is a follower of the Red Dawn Project and he wishes to use the Rich man's son's DNA to create a super soldier ultimately having the the Rich man's son's Clone Kill him. Jack our rich man watched in horror as the professor mutated his son's DNA an out came a Successful clone of Maxwell. however Dr.Phalenx was the first seen by Maxwell as he expected. Dr.Phalenx then said "You're name is Jake...now hahaha!" he then preceded to do even more experiments. Injecting Werewolf Venom into his Blood as well as Nanobots. Dr.Phalenx Eager to have his super soldier Jake kill his rival injected a super growth serum into Jake to speed up his body's age to 10. Something went wrong. for somehow the serum nanobots and Werewolf Venom mixed together and while Jake hyper aged to 9 something was off about him. all the computers in the room then disintegrated and fused with Jake's skin causing him to transform into his werewolf form. He then killed both men in the Lab with a destructive Mushroom Cloud Explosion and Jake leaping off into the distance. 3 years later in the endless snow Jake is 13 while his sister and twin siblings are 15 and 6 Respectively.Now the talk of Ultimate Freedom has arisen and Jake will have none of it. he feel a connection to the event however and wants to know the answer to the agonizing question bobbing in his head "Who am I?"

RP Sample:Jake trudged through the snow with no visible expression of motivation on his face. He noticed many Ladies mostly hookers and other profane women and dismissed them. a Thug then walked up to Jake and said "What you looking at?" Jake replied with no flinching at all
"What exactly do you mean?"
"Heh I MEAN why you looking at my b****es and not paying up?"
"So you're telling me I have to pay if I look at someone? or let me rephrase that I have to pay to look at one of your "b****es?"
"Yeah Punk now give me your cash and we can be on our way." Stupidly the Pimp then poked Jake's Chest
"Ok 1 I have no money 2 even if I had money I wouldn't give it to you 3 don't poke me again..." Jake then looked behind the Pimp seeing many roughed up, robbed and raped women. "yes...and 4 did you rape these girls after you stole their purses?"
"Heh yeah be glad you aren't a girl now cough up the dough!" another stupid poke

Her most powerful ability is to be able to put someone in a coma, simply by stealing his/her/it's bio-data, that being will not be able to wake up unless it is injected with a Cyber Vampire's bio-data, but since she is the only one, you'de have to take hers, and we all know that's not going to happen...

Biography:Born into an awful family that didn't take care of her after her little brother was born. She learned to fend for herself and many people feared and hated her just because she acted as a b****, when she was in teenage years, she had 3 true friends that were her only family. As the years passed the 4 were still close and when she was 18, she was chased by an unknown organization and in the process her friends were killed. The emotional trauma destroyed her humanity, her only will was to destroy the organization. She dived into technical research and destroyed the organization (now you see why it's unknown). She was recruited as a tech researcher in the Red Dawn organization and so with the years she became the head of Tech and Bio Research, now her plan will soon be in fruition and so her goal shall be fulfilled.

Silia was doing repairs on her armor, when Dean walked in and put the paperwork holo-screen carrying on her desk. She said "Anything else?" "The boss called for you, he said it was urgent." "What does that pig want?" "I do not know, he only said that you have call him immediately." "Ok, tell him I'll call him tomorrow." "Miss, are you sure it's a good idea to anger him like that?" "Ok, make it tomorrow morning." "Y-yes Miss..." Dean walked out and closed the blast door behind him. Silia continued her work.
