I'm finding it hard to choose between one, though I've been leaning more towards Happiness, Acceptance Speech is probably coming along in a close second for me

Curious to see how you rate their entire discography. For me, it would be

S/T ≥ Happiness > Acceptance Speech > Whatever I Say Royal Ocean > Downtown Battle Mountain >> Downtown Battle Mountain II.

Not the most amazing thing ever, but....

She's purty.

So, do you know The Birthday Massacre?

I've only ever listened to Happiness, Acceptance Speech, and Downtown Battle Mountain.

Well I do now.  Not really the kind of thing I'm used to listening to, but definitely musically sound.  The synth adds to the music and blends very well.

TBM are pretty good, you should definitely listen to more of them.

ALLB's Conversation Piece is supposedly how they would be like if they keep up and grown on Happiness but instead, they settled for a halfassed DBM remake and regress.

And ALLB is coming out with a new album, so yay.

A Lot Like Birds have a new album coming out? That's sweet.

Also I listened to Self-titled, it was pretty awesome

Great album. I recommend listening to Where Blood and Fire Bring Rest next, it's second best to Liberate Te Ex Inferis in my opinion. I also listened to Parade of Chaos again and I like it a lot more than I remember.

Man, War All The Time is a masterpiece. Mate, sometimes I envy you. Listening to all this bands for the first time...that's like every man's wish where if their gf asked them what would be his wish if he was given the power to act on it and their answers will always be "to meet you for the first time and fall in love with you all over again."

Anyway, a highly underrated band that's no longer together but the vocalist is replacing DSHS' old vocalist so that's something.

It is kind of cool finding out about all these bands for the first time, but at the same time it kind of sucks since most of the bands I've gotten into recently have split up. At least I do actually get the chance to know them.

I'm listening to War All The Time right now, a masterpiece it definitely is.

Yeah. Sucks that most of all the legendary post hardcore band are either split up or on an undefined hiatus.

Good thing that Glassjaw is still around though.

They've been touring in my neck of the wood a lot, which is also their hometown. Also just like Deftones, band tour with the randomest band. i.e Deftones' supporting Avenge Sevenfold, Glassjaw played 2 shows with Greeley Estate and The Radio Dept.

Deftones also went on tour with Periphery before...yeah they really do like to go with random bands.

Yea they're pretty awesome, kind of a slow-burn type of hardcore though. Not like post-metal or anything but that's probably the fastest track they wrote.

Sounds cool, I'll check out that album along with the From Autumn To Ashes one
