Im sorry but this band's label is called Mathcore(this is not a metal band).

This is the Metal/Hardcore thread, isn't Mathcore a form of Hardcore music, also other Mathcore bands have been discussed before on this thread, so I don't see any sort of problem here.

The Chariot rules bro. And yes, hardcore has been part of the thread for awhile now.

I've been on a screamo binge for the past month.

Okay I'm definitely listening to this right now.

EDIT: Finished it, damn was that an awesome album

Indeed mate. Some people were disappointed with how dreamy/poppy it was.

Get your ass out of your ass mate. Mathcore's basically prog metal with heavy hardcore influences.

Anyway this band:

I didn't feel a disappointment from it at all, I actually liked it quite a bit.

Well I guess that's one way of looking at it

Yup, me too. Really like that they kept going with the direction that Patagonia started.

That's pretty much the core of it. And I won't really categorize Metalmaximal as an expert on all things metal.

To be more fair, no one is an expert on Metal. Metal really isn't something you can just learn, it's a thought, an emotion, a feeling. You can't really teach nor learn those things, and can't be an expert on it. It all amounts to an opinion. Sure, one can be an enthusiast on Metal, but that does't make you an expert either.

I've been recently introduced this band, I love the way it just sounds.

Never said I was. Never said there was such a thing. Just implied that just because Metalmaximal's a metal elitist doesn't mean he knows all there is about metal. Plus, I don't go round doing this:

I mean dude, if you don't like that genre don't round and do that ^. Look at Dismal, skramz isn't his thing, he didn't go round saying this sheet is lame or something

Haven't really been active, so.... Here's this.

This kinda remind me of Dissection..issh.

I never said you were. I believe that no one is an expert. If you were talking about when I said the term 'you,' please do note that I meant that word loosely and was directed towards anyone.

And secondly, agreed. I don't like most Metal that comes out of the U.S., but I never say it's sh*t. I just don't like the majority of the content that comes out of it. There are a very few good number of bands I do legitimately like that come out of the U.S., The Faceless, Death, Origin. But most of my metal content actually comes from other countries. And they're more than just one type of genre or a few select ones. I range from one part to another, and so on. I'm everywhere practically.

Because I love Metal the way it is.

That aside:

Yeah, I kinda thought that 'you' was directly to me. My mistake mate. Anyway, cheers mate.

Anyway, band need more love.

Well that was a good song, definitely liking this one, gonna have to check out some other stuff by these guys.

Now that you've pointed it out, it kind of does remind of Dissection a little bit.

Look at Dismal, skramz isn't his thing, he didn't go round saying this sheet is lame or something

I think that it's safe to say that Dismal is a little more "tame" of a Metalhead than Maximal is

That "not allowing mathcore getting post here" comment made me LOL.

Yeah, I wont lie I laughed too, and also nice job on posting one of my favorite Eyehategod songs.

Been digging Depressive Black Metal a lot recently, so I'll just post this here
