I might pick up one of their records actually, they sound so good. I've ever been into Mudvayne, only nu-metal I dig now is old-school Deftones. Hope some of them turn up in a new band within the genre like most of them usually does. i.e Ampere. Anyway, was craving for a good ol cheese burger since I haven't had any meat at all on Friday. It's 1.28 in the morning and I 'm enjoying my cheese burger on McD and this song came up on the speaker. See, they remind me much more of a few thrash metal bands, so I assume they are actually thrash metal. I see the resemblance, but I personally prefer Eluveitie. Dark Tranquillity is a staple in terms of melodic death metal; they're not really thrashy... 3 Inches of Blood is more along the lines of power metal.
