Glad you're enjoying it :)

I love that song! That album is just amazing.

its definitely a great one but i think it might be my least favorite, though i have yet to listen to Its All Crazy, so i wont say that its for sure my least preferred, but besides you can never go wrong with mewithoutYou theyre one of the best Post-Hardcore bands still remaining in the scene.

I agree. I saw them the other day and they were really good, though the last time I saw them was better.

Hopefully they do a tour near you soon! I've seen them four times since 2010. The best was last year in Orlando, they co-headlined with Touche Amore with support from Caravels and Seahaven.

yeah i heard about that tour, i love Touche Amore and i like Seahaven though i never heard of Caravels

I find Seaheaven very boring to be honest. Caravels is good though, they started as an emo/hardcore act but they've evolved into more of a post-hardcore band with more dynamics. You'd probably like them.

i really enjoy Seahavens Winter Forever, Reverie Lagoon was okay but not as good as Winter Forever. i can get why youd find them to be very boring as they do go way further on the melodic and Alternative side than most Emo bands, not everyones cup of tea but it is mine. Caravels sound pretty interesting ill download their stuff and if i dont feel too tired then ill listen to some of their albums.

Their albums aren't too long so you'll probably have time. Floorboards is a little under 30 minutes i think, and Lacuna is little under 40 minutes.

im only on the second track of Floorboards and i already love it, Lacuna i bet will be good too and ill listen to it after Floorboards

They're both great. Lacuna is less in your face but has more build-ups with lots of tension and release. It's pretty rad.

yeah both are just too great, cant tell which one i like better, love the aggressiveness of Floorboards, but i love the build-ups of Lacuna, i think i might lean more towards Lacuna but i cant really decide so far

done with Caravels moving onto Frameworks

That's a yes, right?

Powerman 5000 does that song, who I guess is considered nu metal or alternative metal, with a bit of industrial thrown in. So it's very loosely metal.

my wrists are slitting themselves right now

lol, be nice Moog.

Can I just ask what your favorite all-time hardcore/metal track/album is? As in everyone?

Ok, so while it is always subject to change (every month or so), The Sanity Universal by Seizures is my current favorite. It can be purchased or streamed for free here: https://seizures.bandcamp.com/album/the-sanity-universal-2014

Are you looking for recs?
