love Drive Like Jehu, Yank Crime and their self-titled are both classic albums. Embrace has always been my favorite project by Ian Mackaye...well disincluding Fugazi of course.

I've been wanting to jam a lot of good metalcore lately.

Just got this in the mail and ugh I love it. This song has some Hopefall love in it.

ive been jumping all over the place with what im in the mood for, ive gone through lots of Tech Death, Post-Hardcore, Metalcore, UK Garage/Grime, J-Metal, and even some Punk/Pop Punk

Luce is a cool album that i enjoy but im not really in love with it. redownloaded Fugazis entire discography and im gonna go listen to that later tonight

Cursed.

i actually only listened to End Hits, since it was the only other Fugazi album besides the Instrument Soundtrack that i hadnt listened to

nevet gave Cursed a try, but i hear good things about them, what are they like?

I didn't care for it that much =/ Guess it's just lost on me.

There's a new No Devotion track, excited to hear a full album from these guys.

i actually really got into that track, it feels like the Indie type sound of their last two albums being mixed in with the Hardcore style of their debut.

ive heard of No Devotion, isnt that the new band with Geoff Rickly?

Yea, and the Lostprophets members minus Ian Watkins. All the tracks they've put out have been really great, I think you'll dig. They take a lot out of The Cure and Joy Division. playbooks.

i was kinda iffy when i heard that the members of Lostprophets were on board with it since im really not into them, but that track was for sure great, sounds like ill like them even better than United Nations. i can hear loads of The Smiths with The Cure and a bit of Joy Division, nice Post-Punk vibes that really picked up where Thursday left off

Yea man, it's nothing like Lostprophets haha. Though I really like the first two of their albums, Thefakesoundofprogress is a classic to me. and Start Something is really great as well.

Ad yea, you'll most definitely like the other tracks No Devotion has put out, there are five. Their debut album is dropping in September.

i only listened to the later Lostprophets stuff and that was once a long while ago and i barely even remember what they were like, ill give those albums a listen soon and see what theyre like

ill also listen to the rest of the No Devotion tracks that came out, seems really good, ill be anticipating their debut soon.

They're completely different to be honest. Their first album is nu metal and then they started going more towards alternative with the second, but had a lot of heavy and emotional moments.

the only Nu Metal bands that i like are Deftones and old Mudvayne, though ill still give the early Lostprophets stuff a try

Good stuff, Start Something is really. Thefakesoundofprogress, however, is perfect to me.
