~NOiSE~
nope didnt know that part but oh well i usually dont care about the difference between the originals and remasters Well I'm not sure if it is which I why I asked, I might be interested in buying it if that's the case. It's not always a big deal but there are certain cases where an album can really benefit from being remastered, such as Dir en grey's Uroboros: Remastered and Expanded. Seizures also recently put out a remastered version of The Sanity Universal and it sounds a lot better, way more big and dense.

~NOiSE~
Seems like they've got some good selection. There used to be a good music store in my local mall (I even worked there for a few months) but it ended up closing down. There are three music stores in my area but I only go to one of them often, they know me by name there haha. I haven't been since I started working again though, been trying to save money and God knows I spend way too much on music.

What are they like?sorta kinda like old Brand New, Emery, Armor For Sleep and the likes, very poppy alternative sort of style, but not too overly poppy to the point of where its grating to listen to. a friend of mine recommended me to these guyshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mesr2siegRgeh they seem average

Not really metal (no guitars, which is kind of a requirement) but I can easily see somewhat composing a metal arrangement of the song with heavy guitars. It's streaming on their bandcamp if you want to check it out. Regarding the band Obscura you mentioned earlier, I agree that they're nothing special. Now if you want to talk about the album of the same title, I'll discuss that any day! Hey you changed your name too :o

But yea, I really dig all of their stuff, they're in the top three post-metal bands for me. Rosetta also makes that list and the new album rules, they added the City of Ships guitarist as a fifth member, he plays guitar and does clean singing vocals, He actually did some guess vocals on The Anaesthete, on the track "Hodoku/Compassion". His stuff on the new album is great.

Bro how can you make a post-metal faves list without NEUROSIS I used to dig Intronaut but they bore me now for some reason. I think Prehistoricisms was cool though, very death-metal-ish combined with post-metal. I'll have to check it again.

~NOiSE~
Noooooo Ugh, I only know tracks from that album. They're kind of post-metal-ish, they have shades of Vheissu-era Thrice, Pelican, and some other things. Lots of crunchy guitars and reverb, mostly singing vocals. They're pretty cool but I haven't delved into them much.
