It's all good. Daitro rules.

I also bought this the other day and have been jamming it a lot.

Daitro are undoubtedly an all-time favorite of mine, they sure as hell rule

Spitfire sound pretty nice too

new Deafheaven track? sounds sweet too

It's for the new Adult Swim singles compilation. I'm getting a more raw, heavy vibe with more emphasis on the guitars and vocals and I think it really works in their favor. Loving that art as well.

Listened to the song again, and it sounds like a Dark Tranquillity song at 1:45. And freaking death growls. DEATH GROWLS.

im enjoying this new sound as well, but i do prefer the more atmospheric stuff off of Sunbather and Roads to Judah

Well we only have this song to go off of, which may or may not appear on a future full-length album. I think it still has that atmospheric vibe, it's just pulled back a bit in favor of some heavier guitars and more riffing.

I personally think that changing the formula is the best thing they could do after an album like Sunbather. As much as I love that album, I'd hate to see the next one be a re-hash.

agreed, Deafheaven should really focus more on innovating their sound instead of just making Sunbather 2.0, i like this new sound of theirs but if thats what they stick with for their next album then ill still prefer Sunbather and Roads to Judah, cant really make much of a solid judgement though.

New Pianos Become the Teeth song...I have to say I'm a bit disappointed.

New Slipknot

Used to listen to Slipknot in high school but my music tastes are completely different now haha. Still might give the album a listen when it comes out though, for nostalgia's sake.

i gots myself a copy of From Parts Unknown and am ordering a copy of Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence which will be coming in a few weeks, the only copy they had available of it too.

personally i love the new Pianos Become the Teeth song, though i doubt that their new album is gonna top off Saltwater or The Lack Long After. hahah new Slipknot, man i jammed to Before I Forget really hard back when i was 12, might as well listen to their new album for old times sake since i did that with the new Linkin Park album.

You can order things online now? Awesome!

I still have hope for the new Pianos album but I didn't really like the single so much.

Oh yea, this is rad.

First time listening to Pianos Become the Teeth. Based on that one song, it's something I would normally listen to, but it's pretty cool.

Their new album will be the first with no screaming at all...this is a better representation of what the band has sounded like until now.

Also think you might dig the Code Orange album I posted above.

So at the risk of being a complete scene-f**, I ran into the guy from Trivium at a Slash concert.  I had a bit of a fanboy moment.

Hahaha awesome, I'm not a Trivium fan but stuff like that is cool. The Underoath vocalist came to the Chick-fil-a that I work at once, not really surprising since the band is from my city but it was still neat. I gave him a discount on his food. I've seen him and some of the other members at random shows before too.
