Mr.Robot
Jack White is indie?Exactly what I was thinking...so are The Strokes, Outkast, Damian Marley and The Kills. Well I'm seeing them and Intronaut open for Between the Buried and Me if you think that's weird, but I was mostly referring to some of the festivals they'll be attending. [spoiler=Festivals Deafheaven is playing at] Yeah...that's an odd one. I know about Govball fest but aside from Defheaven, The Strokes, Jack White and The Kill...I don't really wanna go through all that just to see the few band I wanted to see. Just realized that the Deafheaven show you saw is the same tour I'll be seeing, just not sure if I want to pay the $25. Would you say it's worth it for just Deafheaven? I'm not as big into BTBAM as I used to be (I thought their last album was pretty disappointing) but I've seen them before and they put on a good show. Intronaut is cool too, don't know anything about Kindred.

Tentacruel
Checked out Intronaut. I like em. Kinda reminds me of Mastodon but lighter and more stoner rock esque. Edit: Also I found this which really sounds like Mastodon and Opeth had an illegitimate love child.

Tentacruel
For a while I've been thinking about what really happy, major key death metal, or just extreme metal would sound like, and trying to write some. Deafhaven beat me to it.
Susie
Where was this band in my life, theyre damn greathttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5EA82jKq4s Another band that im digginghttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AszabgCs6d8 Also i tried out i see stars...they were icky and overrated, but so is the rest of Sumerian records, or as I like to call it, shitmerian records. (With the exception of TDEP and Crosses)
Mr.Robot
Also cool to hear about SaosinAs much as I love Saosin with Green, I hope it's a one time thing since I'm one of the few minority actually like Circa Survive more than Saosin. For a while I've been thinking about what really happy, major key death metal, or just extreme metal would sound like, and trying to write some. Deafhaven beat me to it. Admitting defeat to Deafhaven is nothing to be embarrass about, they're just awesome! Haha.. Although, I don't know what you mean by happy though. Their instrumental might sound warm and fuzzy/atmospherically dreamy but the lyrics are really grim-dark and bleak. Also i tried out i see stars...they were icky and overrated, but so is the rest of Sumerian records, or as I like to call it, shitmerian records. (With the exception of TDEP and Crosses)Haha...Sumerian rec. Also, The Darkest Hours are also sign to Sumerian so that makes it 3. And more people should listen to Rx Bandit.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9nMYKivoxw

~NOiSE~
Deliver Us is Darkest Hour's best. Been digging Altar of Plagues' last album really hard. I might like it more than Sunbather.

Wait until you hear White Tomb, that album is 10x more epic, though their last album was epic too
