Bio: Kugu was born in the Hidden Sand village, and was special from the very beginning. He grew up in a family of puppeteers, and his parents taught him how to use the Puppetry Technique. Soon after he turned 6, an attack was made on the Sand village by a seemingly weak village, the Village Hidden In the Stars. Although the attack didn't get very far, Kugu's parents were killed in the attack. After he found their bodies, he did something that was strictly prohibited ever since Sasori left the Sand Village...he made them into human puppets. Although the people of the village know this, they dare not speak of it, for they fear that he might become angered and kill them. Just recently, Kugu has become a genin and still uses his parents puppets. Unknown to the village, however, is that he has been storing up human puppets in his home for later use. Some of them ninja from other villages, some from his own village. Their is one puppet that he is the most proud of though...it was a ninja from the Village Hidden In the Leaves who possessed the Sharingan. It is unknown who this ninja was, but due to the Human Puppet Jutsu, the puppet can still use the abilities that a Uchiha could, without permanent damage to their eyesight, considering it is a puppet. It also reads the opponent's movements and transmits them to the user through the puppeteers chakra threads. He has only pulled this puppet out once, but it is dangerous. Just recently, he has heard of the war about to start and has been looking for new puppets. Although he is not an evil boy, he will turn people into puppets. Here is what happens: He waits for the person to become weakened and almost defeated by another opponent, and if they are beyond help, he will turn them into a puppet.

Bio: Hiei is the little brother of Senkai. After surviving the Aruji massacre (See Previous App), he left Sunagakure without notice to search for his missing brother when he was just 14. After two years of searching, he heard that his brother could be near Konoha from a mysterious man in a black cloak which bore yellow stars. The mysterious man told Hiei his brother was in an organization aiming for world domination. This resulted in Hiei believing his brother became corrupted. (More bio will be revealed as the story develops)
Other info: Hiei uses transformation jutsu to hide himself from the public while in Konoha.

I'm making apps for the ninja of the Sakibure besides Senkai, but I won't actually RP as them, just control them here and there or everywhere :D. (I think the correct term is NPC)

Kekkai Genkai, if any: Dark Chakra: Jigoku clan members all have dark chakra as well as regular. Their Dark Chakra only serves a purpose in their ultimate move. Jigoku Ground: Allows user to spread Dark Chakra all over a one mile radius. The chakra then sets the ground on fire no matter what substance it is made of. The fire doesn't affect the user only.

Kekkai Genkai, if any: Shikra. Description: An electric blue eye with perception abilities rivalling the Sharingan and the Byakugan. It is also reputed to be more dangerous than either, and is as feared as the Rinnegan. The Shikra has the ability to see at a magnification of 100x the strength of the average human eye, and can analyze movements aswell as the Sharingan. However, it lacks the ability to sense chakra levels, as in the Sharingan and Byakugan, meaning it cant copy jutsu. It makes up for this by improving Genjutsu moves by 10x, making it the deadly weapon in a Illusionist's arsenal. It allows the user to detect even a minor genjutsu use a mile away, allows the user to use Genjutsu without hand seals, improves Genjutsu strength and can fool even the Sharingan and Byakugan with the genjutsu. It is only available in members of the Drecel clan, of which there are 5 members left.

Bio: The youngest Drecel alive, and the most promising. She is more noticed than Kazuki, as she is one of the few women Drecel to have gained the Shikra, as it is usually found in the Male line. However, the women users also seemed to be very skilled Ninja's. She was born into praise as soon as it was revealed that the Shikra was in her blood, and was still prised by her parents when the Drecels were killed, being 12 at the time. She could do a little jutsu. Kazuki was thirteen and as strong as Seni, but was ignored. Still, she was very powerful, and believed to bring the Drecel Family back to it's formor glory. She hates the attention though, and is continueasly trying to prove Kazuki's skill, and her lack of, although she does have a lot of skill.
Other info: Is The youngest of the Drecel's, but shows the most promise, but Kazuki's Shikra is the greatest(Ever).
