|Palace of Collapsing Sand|38|VNDM|Spell Card|Spell||Field|||You can send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard to activate this effect. Your opponent declares a card name. Your opponent picks up cards from the top of their Deck until they pick up the declared card. That card is added to their hand, and the remaining cards are sent to the Graveyard. If your opponent does not pick up the declared card, they lose the Duel.|

Ember Guard needs this errata btw:

But if it didn't have the SHOOP DA WOOP effect people would just declare a card they didn't have and laugh at the stupidity of the Merchant ruling.

BTW I want to clear something up: I don't want to make all the decisions by my own. If I think a card might be broken, I will mention it and we will decide together if that card is accepted or not. You can do the same thing. If you think a card is/might be broken, mention it and we will discuss that card, together as community.

It's effect activates the time it's SS'ed. You can't change Attributes at that time, because they're not Quick Effects

And what do you mean by last sentence? Oh, right... Allure Breakers will be epic :D:D

Change the Attribute of 1 monster you control BEFORE you summon Shogun. The monster with the changed attribute will go to grave, then you can RFG it for shogun's effect.

What if you have only the 2 monsters used to SS it in grave? Man, why do i keep this... yeah, card is pointless. And this?
