Foolish Hope Normal Trap Card Activate only when your Life Points are lower than your opponent's. For each monster you control, pay 1000 Life Points. You can only activate its effects once per turn, but your opponent can't activate it, you CAN Special Summon while your opponent can't. So in principle, it deserves to be tested. But I have a question: Do we want to have Anti-Meta decks in this CCG? Because personally, I hate Anti-Meta Decks.
