Ring Of DestructionDelinquent Duo CED is useless without Yata, and Yata useless without CED, so neither quality as the best card. The two above are the two, single best cards in the game. There is no freaking best card. The best card would be a card that cannot be negated, and can destroy anything on the field. But since there is no such card, no card can be declared the best. RoD, BANNED, also can be chained, Barrel Behind the Door, Dark Bribe, etc. Delinquent Duo, BANNED, also can be chained, Magic Jammer, Dark Bribe, etc. There will never be a "best card".
