Ok, here it is, all yours, the spell card is purely extracirricular cirrcumvention. ;) ............................

 

 

 

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Quallaxis, Exile of Nature". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equal 8 or more from the field or your hand."

 

 

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "The Overbeing of Natural Law", Increase this card's ATK by 200 for every DARK monster that is face-up on the field. During each of your End Phases, destroy this card unless you send 2 Spell Cards from your Hand or the Field to the Graveyard. When an opponents monster is Special Summoned in face-up Attack Position, change the Summoned monster to Defense Position. In addition, toss a coin and call Heads or Tails. Call it right and this card's ATK will be doubled during this turn. Call it wrong and this card is sent to the Graveyard.

Here's my card. I tried to make it "original" and "creative", but...

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Level 7 or higher LIGHT or DARK monsters you control OR 3 Level 6 or lower LIGHT or DARK monsters you control. Once per turn, you can equip this card to a monster your opponent controls. The equipped monster cannot attack any LIGHT and DARK monsters you control. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards to remove from play a number of cards in your opponent's Graveyard equal to half the equipped monster's Level (rounded down). When the equipped monster is destroyed, you can remove from play 3 LIGHT or DARK monsters in your Graveyard. If you do, you can treat this card as a Trap Card and place it in your Spell & Trap Card Zone with the following effect: Activate only when your opponent attacks a face-up LIGHT or DARK monster you control. Return all monsters on the field to their owner's Hands. For each card returned this way, you can add 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your Graveyard to your Hand.

During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

Sorry its late heres my card

 

 

Lore: As long as this card remains face up on the field all Dinosaur-type monsters gain 500 ATK. During the 3rd Turn a monster was affected by this card's effect return it to the opponents deck and place it face up. Then inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponents Lifepoints. When your opponent draws that card they must Special Summon it in face up ATK position to the original owners field. If the monster card spaces on the owners side of the field are full destroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field. The owner of the card loses 100 Lifepoints during each of their Standby Phases. This effect cannot be negated. If the turn count goes over 40 destroy this card.
