Hey there guys![img]http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/public/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif[/img] I need some help in name holoing...How can I select the name of a card with gimp to holo it? Using color select won't work, it only selects a part of the name...

You could also, Screen that holo sheet, place it over the text.

Make sure the [HOLO] is above the [FONT] layer, then select 'Merge Down'. The effects will be passed down into the lower layer, so no holo will appear outside the font boundary.

It's quick and you don't have to spend ages selecting letters.

Press Z to use the Magic Wand Tool. Select the letters by holding down Shift, one by one.

or right click the text layer and click alpha to selection if the name is on its own layer i.e. the layer the name is one when your making it from a card template
