From the 'present day' section of the plot:

I'd say, based on this, that Yliaster is the enemy of the Nexus Brotherhood.

Yliaster are enemies to the Brotherhood.

They tried to stop The Nexus Brotherhood from ever ariving in the first place by attempting to erase Momentum, the thing that would later create the hole into our universe which the Brotherhood used to enter our existance and spread chaos.

Now, What remains of Yliaster is doing what they can to stop every member from the brotherhood and help save the world before it is plunged into chaos.

Regarding Yliasters situation towards the other sides (Signers, Neutral a.k.a Civilian of some sort), Yliaster is mainly considered neutral, not directly taking their side but not fighting against them either.

Love let out a moan of disgust as she entered her new apartment. She looked around at the gray and empty walls.
