Being the weirdo who has staring contests with trees has its advantages.

Anyway, I need to get back to mining. Its a skill I love doing. The silver economy, the last I checked, is higher than gold. I can get >200,000 from a spree of selling sliver. All you need is patience...and the nerve to collect over [s]9000![/s] 1000 or 2000 pieces.

Runescape: Epic game Ima 5 year vet :D Its a great game and if you have the ambition to look it up, Runescape has a storyline. People just don't pay attention to it. I have read the storyline and it makes the quests make more scence. Well certain ones for that matter. It's an exellent combination of Medieval times with the swords and armour and setting but also a look at modern day times with the use of cannons, a crap economy (G.E., The Grand Exchange), and as well paradies of real life chacters such as Zabeth Crorvid (Ozzy Osbourne). Runescape gets 5 stars *****

I just completed Love Story, so my new objectives are as follows.

• Knight Waves for Nomad's Requiem.
• Train for Blood Runs Deep. I have 71 in both Attack and Strength, so I'll need to get them to 75. I also have 61 Slayer, and I need to get that to 65.
• Train Thieving till 70. I strongly suspect this will be a requirement for Do No Evil, plus there's always a chance it will be required for a future quest. This is the lowest on my three priorities because it's just speculation on my part, and I don't want to waste my time training Thieving if it turns out I didn't need to train Thieving for Do No Evil.

Like many others who have posted on here I used to love this game, but due to some (more previous) updates I don't play as often as I used to. I've been playing for the past month or so but will probably stop soon, which is how its been for a long time now. I always take breaks in the game for months at a time, then hop back on because of the memories I had on this game. Playing f2p doesn't keep me on as much as p2p once did, but I am not going to pay monthly for a game which has gotten worse in the last 5 years (other than graphics that is). It is by no means a horrible game (especially compared to such things as Evony!!) but is nowhere near perfect. Hopefully future updates make this game more appealing so that I can continue my quest for greatness! Without monthly pauses that is.

Anyways, here I am.

Oh cool.

RuneScape thread is back! <333

Errrr... let's see... I got my Dragon Defender when they came out (+6 str bonus ftw?). Tbh they could've just made the DFS an even +8 and given the Defender the +7 str bonus it deserves.... but whatever. Just got done doing the Fairy Quest series and now I am just trying to get another 10m for 99 Mage.

Fun times. ;D

I can see why many people now hate Runescape. Tons of people quit when they took out the Wildy, the graphics still aren't that great compared to many other games ( Although my computer is really old so it can't handly much better graphics then HQ Runescape, but it still crashes every now and then while playing), tons of lag, hard to get levels, long quests that REQUIRE the hard to get levels. Etc. etc.
As for me, I still like the game. I think the graphics are ok (Like I said above, my computer couldn't handle much more), I don't mind the fact that they took out the wilderness and can understand their reasons for doing so. The lag gets me frustrated at times but then I get over it, I try to level but easily get distracted while doing so and am trying to get past the quests. I also play it for friends.
I have a list of goals in Runescape:
99 Attack, Defense, Strength, and Cooking.
All god armors (Zammorak, Saradomin, and Guthix)
All quests complete.
Get rich so I can buy more junk I don't really need. :D

That should take me a while.

I honestly don't mind the Wildy. What I do find annoying are the grunts you do when you take damage (I was happy when male humans sounded like generic thrusts and females sound like harpies. Now, they just sound really annoying). Also, 64 Runecrafting now. How do you feel about that skill?

They can't be serious with this. I mean... seriously?

Jagex does a mediocre job of getting rid of autoers as it is... but no trade limit will just screw up the economy (again). Anybody remember the price of raw fish crashing to the point of 200-300 gp per shark?

The wilderness isn't a problem for me. I hardly go there unless I have a clue scroll or if a quest tells me too.
