I think it's time for me to introduce a new character.
Hope the phoenix abilities aren't too powerful.



[b]name-[/b] Arashi
[b]age-[/b] 18
[b]gender-[/b] Male
[b]good or bad-[/b] Good
[spoiler=anthro transformation- phoenix]
Wing span=40 ft (aprox. 12 meeter)
Capable of lifting about 5000lb in full bird form
Tears with healing powers. (can't fix broken bones unless put back in to place beforehand.)

If he dies then he will be reborn. If this is from natural causes it will be a normal reincarnation, and will lose all memories and never get them back.
But if it is through unnatural causes (killed by a person, poison, stab, gunshot ect) he will burst in to flames and turn in to a toddler and age about 1 year each week until he is 18 again (Or however old he is at death.) When he is reborn his mind as well as his body will start new, meaning he will act the same age he is during the 18 weeks. When he he is reborn he will lose all of his memories, however he will gain them back naturally, after about 10 weeks he will have all of his memories back.

[b]power-[/b] Partial transformations in to his animal form and he gains the two phoenix abilities (healing tear, strength) but on a smaller scale. His rebirth upon death works if he is in his human form also.
personality-
[b]weapon of choice-[/b] He has an arsenal of medical tools as well as the knowledge to use them. Although he prefers using them for medical reasons, he is able to use them for combat is needed.
[b]crush-[/b] Xena (After they meet. If you don't mind)
[b]history (optional)-[/b] Before the Anthmor virus Arashi was striving for a goal of becoming a doctor, so that he could help people. He had a lot of brains and had entered collage when he was 16. At the time of the virus he was in collage and he had a large portion of the knowledge needed to be a good doctor. After the virus his dreams all but fell apart. It didn't take long for people to notice that he was an Anthmorph, and he was forced out of school. After a while he was able to make a deal with the government, he provided his Phoenix tears to doctors and they overlook his presence as long as he doesn't do anything stupid. He also receives a decent sized payment. Arashi like this deal because he was able to live a remotely normal life, the people who found out about his powers agreed not to say anything, and he was able to help people like he always wanted.

In his anthro form, he looks like a demon, but is actually very shy and not trusting. He can climb very high and is very fast.[/spoiler]

power- He has enhanced endurance and climbing ability along with being able to utilise any kind of weapon to his advantage. He also has inherited his anthro's extreme speed, but on a much smaller scale.

personality- He is shy to people he doesn't know, and prefers to be alone to think. When agents find him, he just chooses not to fight and tries to find out what they want, but to no avail most of the time. He has a choice not to fight, but when he does, afterwards, he tries not to think about it. The few friends he has, he protects with his life.

history- When the Anthmor virus infected and killed all his family, he thought that he was special when he survived. He was alone when agents went after him and his powers manifested, allowing him to escape. He trained for weeks, using his newfound powers to help people escape from wild animals. It was only when he faced a huge bear that he transformed into his wolf form. He was alone for years when he finally found a high school that he decided to enroll in.
