Sorry for the late entry, but here are my cards.

You can Normal Summon Level 5 WATER monsters without Tributing. When "Umi" is removed from the field, this card is also destroyed. When this card is destroyed, destroy all monsters Summoned by this effect.

You can Tribute Summon this card in face-up Defence Position. When this card is Summoned, place 10 Ammo Counter on this card (Max 10). If the ATK of a monster that attacks this monster is lower than the DEF of this card, destroy the attacking monster. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) When this card destroys a monster by this effect or by battle, remove 1 Ammo Counter from this card. Once per turn, you can remove 2 Ammo Counters from this card to destroy all monsters your opponent controls.

Activate only when your opponent declares an attack on a monster that destroyed monster(s) with its effect. Negate the attack and destroy the attacking monster. Then select and activate 1 of the following effects:

- Increase the ATK or DEF of the equipped monster by the halve the original ATK or DEF of the destroyed monster, whichever is higher.

- Increase your Life Points by the ATK or DEF of the destroyed monster, whichever is higher.

- Draw 1 card for every 1000 of ATK the destroyed monster had.

I have reviewed the cards and made my decision.

 

Again, this was difficult. It was down to Lexadin and Hila Nuerfa. After debating between the two cards, the one staying is Lexadin.

 

Lexadin's monster card was very OP'ed in how many monsters it can destroy. Everything else was alright.

Hila Nuerfa's cards where chock full of OCG errors. I couldn't count how many. I had to read over his effects a couple of times before I could finally understand, which I shouldn't have to do.

 

I usually don't post the scores, but here they are:

 

Lexadin

Trap Effect- 10/10

Spell Effect- 10/10

Monster Effect- 7.5/10

Total OCG- 9.5/10

Creativity- 9.5/10

TOTAL- 46.5/50

 

Hila Nuerfa

Trap Effect- 7.5/10

Spell Effect- 8.5/10

Monster Effect- 8/10

Total OCG- 6.5/10

Creativity- 8/10

TOTAL- 38.5/50

 

 

The next, and final round, will be between Lexadin and NEXUSgrave. I will post it tomorrow!

I've pulled all the stops on this one. I'm going far out with this one. Good luck, contestants. =D

 

 

Welcome to......South Pole, Antarctica!

 

Brr.....it's cold here! The days and nights are long and the sun is shining! We came in the season when the sun is constantly out! We have a few challenges for our last two contestants! But here were the other thought-about final round destinations:

 

~ Moon

~ Great Wall of China

~ London, England

~ Forests of Chile

~ Amazon Rainforest

 

 

Oh well! Sorry if you wanted one of the above! Now let's get to it!

 

 

First, you need protection as you hunt for food. Make a monster card. It's minumum level is six. It's minumum ATK and DEF is 2600. It must be Special Summoned from your hand. It's effect must include:

~ DEF Support (Must be able to gain DEF)

~ ATK Support (Must be able to gain ATK)

~ Another effect created by you!

 

Secondly, you must make a two spell cards.

- First Spell: Equip Spell that equips to Level 7+ monsters and weakens them.

- Second Spell: Field Spell that supports your monster's Attribute.

 

Thirdly, you must make two trap cards.

- First Trap: Destroys Level 3 or lower monsters. (Continuos Trap) It damages the user who's monster was destroyed as a result of this card's effect.

- Second Trap: It's title must be "Ice Breakthrough". It must somehow be able to prevent attacks from you and your opponent for 3 turns.

 

 

 

Cards are due by Sunday, 12 PM. If you live in a different time zone, get then in by your time zones's Sunday 12 PM.

This card cannot be Normal Summon or Set. This card cannot be Special Summon except by removing from play 2 Level 4 or higher WATER monster from your Graveyard or by paying 1500 Life Points when you take Battle Damage. Each of this card's effect can be activated once per turn. If you do, this card is unaffected by the effect of your opponent's Trap or Spell card.● During your Main Phase, you can select and remove from play 1 WATER monster you control. When this card attack 1 monster your opponent control, increase it's ATK equal to the original ATK of the monster remove from play by the effect of this card until End Phase. ● During your opponent's Battle Phase, you can discard 1 Level 4 or higher WATER monster from your hand and change this card's Battle Position to Defense Position and increase it's DEF equal to the Level from the card sent to the Graveyard x300 until your next Standby Phase. ● During your Main Phase, you can Tribute 2 WATER monster to destroy all monster your opponent control and return all Spell and Trap card on the field to their owner's hand. Send 1 card from your hand to your Graveyard to equip this card. This card can only be equip to a Level 7 or higher WATER monster. Decrease the ATK of a monster equipped with this card by 1000 points. A monster equipped with this card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.

Downgrade all WATER monster on your hand by 2 Level. Increase the attack of all WATER monster you control by 700 ATK. As long as you control 1 "Norma, Lord Of Storming Blizzard" on the field, both player must Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from the hand on their Main Phase. If they failed, inflict 500 Damage to their Life Points. During your Standby Phase, increase your Life Points by 400 points for every Level 4 or lower WATER monster you control or Special Summon during your Standby or Main Phase. When this card is destroy, you can pay 1000 Life points to add this card to your hand instead.

Active only during your Main Phase when you Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster to your side of the field. Discard all card from your hand and send it to your Graveyard. Destroy all level 3 or lower non WATER monster on the field. Inflict 300 damage for each monster destroyed by this card effect. When this card is destroyed and is removed from the field, remove it from play.

Activate only when an opponent's monster declare an attack while you control 1 or more Level 4 or higher WATER monster on your side of the field. Negate the attack and set this card face down again instead of sending it to the Graveyard. Destroy this card the 3rd time you use this effect..

Once per turn, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects: - Increase this card's ATK by the amount of WATER monsters in both players Graveyards x 200 until the End Phase.

- Increase this card's DEF by the amount of WATER monsters in both players Graveyards x 300 until the End Phase.

- Remove from play any number of WATER monsters from both player's Graveyards to select 1 WATER monster in either players Graveyards with an Level equal to the number of WATER monsters removed and Special Summon it.

Equip only to a Level 7 or higher monster. The equipped monster cannot declare an attack and has its ATK and DEF decreased by 1000. When this card is send from the field to the Graveyard, select 1 WATER monster in either player's Graveyards and Special Summon it. Its ATK and DEF are decreased by 1000.

All monsters on both players sides of the Field and in both player's Graveyards are treated as WATER monsters. All original (printed) WATER monsters inflict Piercing damage. When this card is destroyed, you can remove 2 WATER monsters in your Graveyard from play to return it to your hand.

While you do not control a face-up Level 7 or higher WATER monster, destroy this card and inflict 1000 damage to your Life Points. Each time a player Summons or flips a Level 3 or lower monster, negate its effect and destroy it. Then inflict damage to its controller equal to the original DEF of the destroyed monster.

Activate only while you control a face-up Level 7 or higher WATER monster. This card remains on the field for 3 of your turns. Both players can negate a attack and end the Battle Phase by discarding 1 WATER monster. When this card is send to the Graveyard, both players can return 1 Monster Card from thier Graveyards to thier hands.
