whats a render?

In the sense we use here, an image with a transparent background.

[LiAM]

An image without background or other things that deviate from the focal or image.

Example:

You would use Photoshop/GIMP to cut out the background (trees, mountain, sky) so that only Yugi is left.

Renders are saved as .PNG files, so that when you re-open or use it, it has a transparent background, so you don't have to cut it out again.


It can also be in the form of a 3D computer made image, I just think it's another word for c4d.
