This card can only be Ritual summoned by "Advanced Ritual Art". You can use "Ice Barrier" effect monsters for the effect of "Advanced Ritual Art" to Ritual Summon this card. If you do, decrease this cards ATK/DEF by 1000. Once per 3 of your turns, you can decrease or increase the level of 1 face-up monster monster your opponent controls equal to the level of a face-up "Ice Barrier" monster you control to send cards on the field to the owners hand equal to the amount of levels increased or decreased by this card effect.

This card is also treated as a Field Spell Card and remains face-up in your Field Card Zone. You can only activate this card when your opponent attacks you directly, except by an "Ice Barrier" monster. While this card remains on the field, increase all WATER monsters you control by 800. All cards you control affected by this effect are destroyed during the 2nd End Phase of the turn they were summoned. If a Field Spell would be Set or Activated, remove this card from play.

I don't have the link where it originally came from, but I do have it as its original size.

 

 

I'm sure you wern't expecting a ritual monster, but i figured it fit, Ice is blue and ritual cards are blue.

 

I give credit to whomever it is that owns it, to. I tried to get rid of that sig , but those signatures are hard to remove.

Have you judged yet, I know I lost, but I was wondering, thats all.

 

I just like saying congrats to people that win things, its like a handshake thing to me, olny through the e-net type deal.

 

And when I duel, I always, unless I know them, introduce myself, shake hands, shuffle each other decks, and then duel. If i know them, I only do the last two stated. Then whether I lose or win, I shake their hands, thank them for the duel and be on my way.
