Actually I worked that out a while ago.
It will be an Illusion type, called Itoosoru (if my Japanese is right, that should be a abbriviation of "Lovely Fear"). And in its Shikai it will transform into a scythe that projects the fear(s) of an opponent in an illusion to confuse him/her. And it returns when I trow it (so like a boomerang).

The Bankai will enlarge the scythe and give me a Grim Reaper like cloak with a skeletal hand ontop of my right hand. It's can now actually create physical embodyments of my opponent's fear(s), the stronger the fear, the stronger the "illusions" get. My scythe can also fight on their own, by using the skeletal hand as a... Well hand.

Perhaps a bit OP, but whatever.

Cool Zanpakuto, Lex.

Here's mine:

Shino Seiiki (死の聖域, Death Sanctuary): In its sealed form, Shino Seiiki is a regularly formed Zanpakuto with a black blade and hilt, with purple wrappings and a white symbol on the tsuba, similar to the latin letter “Ω”.

Shikai: Its Shikai command is "Descend!” (下降, sagarimasu)

I hold my Zanpakuto facing downwards and say the release chant. Upon releasing, the Zanpakuto surrounds me with a dense black fog. Then an explosion of light penetrates and makes the fog go away. I now have an elaborate white kimono, with black symbols drawn about on it. The Zanpakuto has entered the form of a crescent claymore, with a cross-shaped hilt with a circle around it.

Shikai Special Ability: Shino Seiiki will allow me to control life and death as I command, as shown in its abilities to rapidly increase vitality and take it away. It also cuts with three times the pain of a normal cut.

• Shino Haro (死のハロー Death Halo): Shino Haro envelops the field in an aura radiating from the blade itself, causing anyone inside the aura to damage them when they hit the Zanpakuto’s shinigami. Their own hits will cut them at the very same spot. Any cuts made through this ability are impossible to cure as long as the Zanpakuto remains in its shikai.
• Jinsei Haro (人生ハロー Life Halo): Jinsei Haro envelops the field in an aura radiating from the blade itself, enabling the shinigami to regenerate himself by cutting an opponent within the aura.

Bankai: Eien no Oukoku Shino Seiiki (永遠の王国死の聖域 Eternal Kingdom Death Sanctuary)

To release it, I hold it up with the blade facing downwards and plunges it into the earth. There, black and white flames will erupt, surrounding me and spiraling in a very high pillar. The pillar will then open as a bird spreads it wings and my released form emerges. When released, I am dressed in a black and white robe, with long ribbons emerging from the arms and at the bottom of the robe. A light halo is around my eyes and around my wrists. I also have three sets of clawed wings. I now wield a straight and slimmer, but elongated version of the shikai.

Bankai Special Ability: Shino Seiiki’s Bankai infuses it with many additional abilities.

• Seisai Haro (制裁ハロー Sanction Halo) Seisai Haro is the halo that encircles my eyes when released. It inherits all the abilities of the Shikai, but within a radius expanding from myself. In addition, I may create wounds and damages on my opponent’s body where I myself is damaged.
• Shino Kiri (死の霧 Fog of Death) Shino Kiri is a fog that envelops opponents, allowing me to create a clone of their qualities out of fog. The clone damages only with thrice the pain of a normal blow, and weakens the opponents.
• Kami no Seisai (神の制裁 Divine Sanction) Kami no Seisai is a veil of black flames that envelop my Zanpakuto and is able to consume any and all particles containing energy.
• Regeneration. The bankai regenerates my body in time.
