Master White
I created the picture, I rendered the Black Rose Dragon and photo manipulated. PLEASE USE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, Thank you. Lore 2 Plant-Type Tuner monsters + "Black Rose Dragon" When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy all other cards on the field. You can activate each of the following effects once per turn: * You can remove 1 Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to change 1 monster your opponent controls face-up Attack Position and reduce its ATK and DEF to 0, until the End Phase. (Flip Effects are not activated) * You can select 1 Plant-Type monster you control and remove up to 3 Plant-Type monsters in your Graveyard from play. During this turn’s Battle Phase, the selected monster can attack a number of times equal to the number of monsters removed. During the turn you activate this effect, only the selected monster can attack. Thanks Max for OCG FIX.
Manpole
I don't know what Black Rose Dragon is, or how hard it is to get on the field, but hopefully it's tough because this card is a beast. This card in itself could be a little trouble to get out, but once it's out it looks unstoppable. Maybe OP, but then again you'll have to get it out in order to argue that, so then again maybe it's not so bad. Anyways the picture itself looks pretty unique and kinda cool, but I don't like the whole custom card thing. (maybe other people do, I just like the original types) Anyways interesting card, but OP unless Black Rose Dragon takes more than just 1 or 2 tributes to get out on the field. Matt O
quite ballanced seeing to get black rose out you have to synchro summon it the destroy all opponents monsters when summoned could be a downer seeing if your running a plant deck with giga plants and brain crushers because you go ta whole field of strong plant and insect cards overall 9/10 love the pic
lewis atherton
I really like the picture and the name of the card very creative. First thing is first OCG is not great. Your main problem is the effects of the cards are too strong I see you may argue with it being a Level 10 monster but I would lose the second effect. I also feel if you was to lose the second effect the stats would be too low so maybe you could make the defense about 3000 and atc about 3500. Im also not that keen on the custom card thing and feel that they shouldn't be posted in the realsist card section. Well done for taking black rose dragon a step up. 8/10 - I feel its over powered edit the changes and it'll be a

Gee, you all need to watch the anime. It takes Black rose Dragon and 2 Tuner monsters that have to be plant-typ. 7+2+1 = 10 So in essence, to even pull this card out would be to difficult, b/c their is only two tuner plants in the TCG. Yet I should drop its atk/def down a bit, but i'll let the full 5 star members judge, and the OCG is off, only the second effect is off b/c all of these effects are copy pasted off other cards, so I hope that helps. So in turn, I say my card is a tad bit op'd, but not to much. Also, I didn't create the custom card, I used MSE to create the thing and that is their template, i just scaled it so the effect can be read better. But thank you, the picture was all I was really goiing for here, and a new upgrade for Black Rose, but I say its in need of a better name. Also, Thunder is a real type, just to let you all know. The Creator and The Dark Creator are Thunder Type monsters. P.S I really hope Icyjosh comes into here and rates my card, I like how Icy rates. Seriously, i do, icy uses realistic standards due to being a legitamate knowledgeable YCM super moderator. Max Darkness
Firstly, why is it "Rose Burst Petal Dragon"? I realise this is clearly aesthetics, but it would sound less clunky as "Rose Burst Dragon", IMO. Also, why is it a Thunder-Type? Yes, it has lightning bolts flying out of it, but it's been summoned from a mixture of a Dragon and a pair of Plant-Types, so why is the finished product Thunder-Type? Remember, there are a lot of electric Dragon-Types out there, so it should be a Dragon-Type. Also, since it's an evolution of "Black Rose Dragon", it should keep that monster's FIRE Attribute. As for the effect, this card is not that difficult to get out in a dedicated Deck, and the logic behind the field nuke is incorrect. When Field Nukers evolve, the first effect they gain is to survive their own nuke, then the blast becomes either more powerful or more specific. So it should destroy all other cards on the field, leaving just itself. I'm not sure about the revival effect since this is would not be as much of a hassle to summon as "Black Rose Dragon/Assault Mode" or "Majestic Rose Dragon", so letting it resurrect its lower form could be a little overpowered, since you could then easily set up the summoning for this card again. Right, the Plant-based effects. The first one is simply an evolution of "Black Rose Dragon", so that's alright. The second on the other hand is not so trouble-free. Considering you'll have at least one Plant-Type from "Black Rose Dragon's" summoning, and now a second pair from summoning this, you'll already have at least a trio of monsters to remove for this card's effect, maybe four. In that case, and your opponent controls only one monster, you can remove one to blitz that monster with this card, then remove the remaining three to have another monster you control attack three times, possibly for game (if the monster is something like "Gigantic Cephalotus" or any high-ATK Synchro, since you don't specify the other monster). You need to cap that effect at removing two to allow a Plant-Type monster to attack twice, and only the selected monster can attack that turn. Reason is, that since this is a Plant support card, it should be Plant-Type monsters that reap the benefits of its effect. Also, a lot of cards that allow a monster to attack a large number of times or with a large ATK either only allow that monster to attack that turn, or they reduce any Battle Damage taken by your opponent to zero, so that's an idea. Now, I don't know how many Plant-Type Tuners there are overall, or the difference in numbers between the TCG and OCG, but in either, this card, in a focussed Plant Deck is not that difficult to summon. After summoning "Black Rose Dragon", you can use any of "Copy Plant", "Naturia Cosmobeet" or "Spore" to get the required Levels to summon this. Expanding to the OCG, "Glow-Up Bulb" is an easy Level (and could send another Plant-Type to the Graveyard with its effect) and can be combined with the "Naturias" to get 3 Levels. Indeed, "Cosmobeet" can be Summoned on your opponent's turn (if they are defending against "Black Rose Dragon") and "Glow-Up Bulb" Special Summoned during your turn, allowing you to summon this; clearing the field then using your Normal Summon to summon a second high-ATK Level 4 monster which uses this card's effect to attack up to four times in a row (with its effect as it is). "Monster Reborn" could also be used as a way of getting enough firepower onto the field. Overall, this card in its current form is overpowered. Yes it has low stats, but it also has the ability to costlessly wipe the field clean and get rid of your opponent's strongest monster with an easy removal ("Burial from a Different Dimension" says hi to restock your Graveyard). Added to that, it can allow any other monster multiple strikes and as the effect stands, you get another dragon back when it’s destroyed. This would be my fix and balancing: [Dragon/Synchro/Effect] 2 Plant-Type Tuner monsters + "Black Rose Dragon" When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy all other cards on the field. So overall, an interesting evolution, but somewhat unoriginal. Master White
Yay, Thank you MAX, I needed that OCG Fix, and yeah, I had a feeling it was op'd. About the attribute, I didn't pay attention very well, I originally thought Black Rose Dragon was Dark, that sure surprised me. Like you said, I added the petal b/c of aesthetics, but if it sounds better with out, like I had originally thought of, I'll go for it. Yes, I did forget about the electric dragons, but I thought their are other dragons that are thunder monsters, but now I do realize that Black Rose Dragon is a Dragon and this requires it or a plant, so i should probably change that. Yea, I know, somewhat unoriginal, yet is at the same time original. P.S I didn't Know this, but apparently I have to add effect in the lore for Synchro's created in MSE, Well, that helps.
