Smesh
I don't care who, just join. First to post is accepted. Winner gets a rep, first to 4 wins, opponent calls requirements, if I don't like the requirements, I deny them. Blah blah blah. Go. My CardThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, except by it's own effect. You can Normal Summon this monster from your hand by removing 4 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play. As long as this card is on your field, monsters you control, except this one, have their ATK decreased by half. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the total combined ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls. If your opponent controls only 1 monster, increase this card's ATK by 100. HadesRuler's CardThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 5 Spells Cards and Trap Cards in the Graveyard from play. This card original ATK and DEF is equal to the number of Spell and Trap Cards on the field x700. If this card is would be destroyed by battle you can send 1 Spell or Trap Card on your side of the field to negate the attack and destroy the attacking card. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on your side of the field to Special Summon 1 ''Demon-Knight Token'' (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) in Attack Position to your side of the field. While you control a face-up ''Demon-Knight Token'', this card cannot be selected as an attack target.

Smesh
I'm worried I won't like the requirements, so I'll choose them. Monster with ? ATK and ? DEF. That's it.
RedRuler
Okay, i'll have my card up in a moment. Here is my card: [spoiler=Card]Lore:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. RedRuler
Didn't you use that card in another 1 on 1 against AxManBoy? Well, it doesn't matter.
Smesh
Yes I did. And you can use a card twice. It's a good card, so I used it :
FTW (For The Wynn)
This is tough because both cards have problems. Smesh, your very first effect says that you can't Special Summon it except by it's own effect, however it has no Special Summon effect. Hades' card is OP'd, it shouldn't negate and destroy the card for so easy a cost that could be used to your advantage...and the Tokens are kinda random in there since all they basically are are Tribute or Synchro fodder and serve no purpose otherwise. With that, my vote goes to Smesh for the reasons stated.
The White Wolf
They're about both equally powered..... but..... Smesh gets my vote, u can c 1 little error there in the other card

Bold: the spell and traps negation effect activates by sending cards from the field to the Graveyard, and card needs spells and traps on the field to gain ATK and DEF.The effect of the tokens were made to avoid the card to be attacked. 0-2 anyways.
