whenI open my card maker it won't show me my cads are you having this problem?how do you fix it

that is not working but it does show my cards sometimes when I'm logged out does this have anything to do with my name change?

Probably not, this has happened to me a couple times. Just wait a little bit and they should come back. They might also disappear again. But don't worry they should be back in about a day.

i need help on how to do the back of the card..

Refresh. Log out then log in.
Erase your cookies/chache.
Close the window and open a new one.
Make sure you're up to date on your Flash and Java.
Wait a bit.

Doing any of those might be a solution.
Other than that, I just advise refreshing and waiting.
