"And now, we wait," Ven noted, no longer paying attention to the viewpoint. It was nothing of interest, really, just the duelists boarding their shuttles and preparing for the journey. He would observe them more later, when there was actually somethng worth paying attention to.

He frowned when he heard a buzzing sound from his comm piece and winced, pulling it from his ear and giving it a look of disdain. "I really have no idea why I keep this in," he said dryly, before deciding he could at least try to alleive their field agent's confusion. Sighing, he flipped the switch that would pass the communication.

"There are no brackets to this tournament. Once on board, and after the tournament begins, you challenge your opponents directly and agree on a method. Listen closely. Go on the shuttle, showing your invitation to the guard. Receive your little calculator thing and keep it close. Do not speak to anyone. Find a seat and get comfortable. Do nothing until after the shuttle has docked."

Silencing the voice transfer, he looked up at the other Emperors. "I realize I'm the only one who deals with him because you two called 'not it', but are you sure our recruiting agent had a clue what he was doing, signing up someone with such a low tolerance for details?"

[Master of The Dark]

Meko was sitting in his set while waiting for the shuttle to take off, But was getting restless he decided to find something to do so he pulled out his deck and loaded it into the labtop duel 'generater' he loaded a deck he had when he was alive and still has in his posection. "Now lets see how me old champ deck holds up against my new deck." H spoke to himself as he started his duel, After five duels his new deck had won three times with one tie and his old deck winning once. "Well it still seems to work just fine so I'll use this one when I need to and my new deck will only be used when I have a duel calling for it." He thought to himself.

(OOC: I forgot what the laptop was call so I just used generater means the samething right?)

"Hey, Raven. Been a while since I last saw you. How've you been?" Strata asked. "Y'know, there's been a bit of strange stuff going on lately. Me and Akarui seem to have the bulk of it, unfortunately. We suddenly got these strange marks when we dueled yesterday. Got any idea what these things are?" Strata rolled up his sleeve, revealing the tail mark.

-MEANWHILE-

Sven looked over at Ven. "Perhaps you're right. I agree that he seems completely clueless about what he should be doing, however, he was still the only one who was willing enough. We'd have to search every inch of this city if we wanted to find another agent to use. Still, he needs to be a bit more careful. We can't risk him giving us away just yet. Also, Ven, you look a little paler than usual. Is something bothering you?" Sven asked.

As Gabriel heard the answer, he grinned wickedly. So much easier when he could go ahead and just pick out his victims. How delightful. As he heard this, he swiftly went towards the shuttle. As a guard approached him, he held out his invitation then acquired his duel calculator. The moment would occur soon enough as he then simply sat down in the shuttle of his, waiting for it to Dock. And then, it arrived at his station as he looked around, waiting to get started.

Gabriel said as he then went to his earpiece as he got off of the shuttle. He tapped it a few times as a signal that he was starting. He got his Deck ready as he went around, looking for an opponent. He figured he'd toy around with one of the younger ones first. Those ones they were looking for....sounding like the heroic types.....so why not lure them out by being a menace to the innocent. And with that thought, he'd look around for people to terrorize, chomping at the bit for this thing to start already.

Ven blinked at Sven. "I'm sorry, what?" he asked, his voice carrying a note of alarm. "What do you mean, paler?" he asked, wishing for a moment that he had a mirror or other reflective object to examine his appearance. With one unavailable, he sighed, deciding it would be simpler to not answer a question with a question, no matter how crucial it would be to his health.

"No, nothing is bothering me, I don't think," he said, rubbing his forehead. "Everything appears to be progressing as planned, and I assume we have backup plans should things fall out of our control. Even with only so many Signers confirmed, the tournament has enough power to fuel our agenda."

[Dementuo]

"Very well, if you insist." Sven said. "However, this tournament alone will not provide enough Momentum to complete the Circuit. We must not get overconfident. You remember what happened to the last group, yes?" Sven added. "They fell with the Mahine Emperors, even with their powers as Aporia and Cubic." Sven stated. "Either way, we shall learn from their mistakes, and further our own progress. The information on the Siners should proove useful enough to plan for any changes that need to be made." Sven said. "Yet the underlying problem still remains: How do we fight the Signers when our Machine Emperors aren't enoguh? They have been the greatest fear of the Signers, but were eventually destroyed. We require some sort of fail-safe to oppose such evolutions. So, why not formulate one now, during such a time?" Sven suggested.

ooc: alright so we havent left yet but were all getting into the shuttles right?

Kai walked towards the shuttle after receiving his duel calculator, the structure of the shuttle was quite big no doubt fitting many well trained duelists inside. Kai looked at his deck in his duel disk again. "Win or Lose, I'm here to prove my point to the only person it concerns. That person will know no doubt when it comes to dueling his doubts will be gone as soon as i prove my worth in this tournament, i promise this..." Kai continued to walk on looking at the other duellists who to were walking tgowards the shuttles, " looks like they'll be leaving soon," he looked at his duel calculator again, "Well I guess this is handy, it'll be good to keep a record of everything. Just have to make sure I don't get the 2 losses..." Kai smriked slightly "what am i saying,win, lose my only point to prove is that ic an get rid of the doubt of that man."

Maldito sat on the shuttle. He felt the power of each Signer and Dark Signer preparing for space. "Geez, the irony of the Earthbound going into space. Talk about comical." He began looking through his deck. "My new strategies for victory will be hard to defeat, but not impossible. Still, I can lose." He looked around for any of his teammates. "They're all way to bitter. Geez, if I had one I could share a laugh with, that might be nice. But there might be. But I wonder if..." Maldito's mind began to drift. "Anyways, my focus is this tournament. If I can nab a few powerful and rare cards, that'll be good, too" With that, he prepared to go to war.

"Synchro evolutions could be troublesome," Ven mused. "The greatest plan is to take them out before such evolutions are mastered, but I assume such a high-profile venture is presently discouraged." He pondered for several moments.

"My deck has already prepared an Anti-Synchro strategy that should also defeat any Synchro evolutions, and numerous failsafes within the deck itself," Ven said at last. "As for you, doesn't Grannel have something along those lines as well? That leaves Rasgo and Skiel to prepare a defense of their own. Now, if you mean a plan to oppose evolutions occuring at all...that would be more difficult."

He gestured. "You say the Circuit requires their power, and what better way to channel their power than for them to grow stronger, enough to give us more power. Unfortunately, that leaves the risk of them becoming too strong. So, here's my proposition..." he pointed into the viewpoint, towards Akarai and Strata.

"Defeat the leader, bearing Stardust Dragon. Do it before he evolves his Synchro monster." He pointed at Strata. "Force the weaker ones to evolve instead to counter our threat. This gives us more power, but reduces the chance of being overthrown, letting us continue to control the events."

[Dementuo]

"Hm..." Sven thought for a few moments. "...Perhaps..." Sven said. "Perhaps that would be possible. However, now would not be such a time. First, we must observe. We must make sure that history does not repeat ourselves. Our new agent should provide insight for their evolution process, and thus, we will be able to plan accordingly." Sven said. "And you are quite correct. I do have many anti-synchro measurements, though not all of them are as..." Sven stopped for a moment. "...As useful as I would have them. However, I will not get caught up in minor details." Sven said. "and one thing to keep in mind: We shall not underestimate the power of these Signers. While our victory will be assured, we cannot make the mistake of overconfidence. Wha appeared as a threat in the past has returned, and shall no-doubt uncover the power they truly possess. Until that time, we shall watch. Without a powerful duel, the Circuit will not finish."

[The White Wolf]

"Attention Duelists." a voice came off the intercom in the rockets. "I have two things to say, first things first, the shuttles are about to launch. But before they do. I have noticed that some of you are complaining about your Duel Calculators." *Thump* "IF YOU CANNOT RESPECT THE TECHNOLOGY THIS COMPANY PRODUCES! THEN YOU ARE NOT FIT TO BE IN THIS TOURNAMENT!!!" Kaiba yelled into the intercom. The rockets fell silent. One single person walked off. Akarui looked at the intercom "(If that guy is in the tournament, I get first crack at him...)" Akarui thought.

Kai sat in the rocket like shuttle, he observed his other soon to be opponent's from a few he got a chilling sensation from, others he got a "safe" type of feeling, "These duelists, no doubt youc an tell their all serious competitors. But they are all duelists, just like me, out to prove a point of some kind, I like them have no other choice then to giver it my all." Kai thought to himself as he thern observed one other boy looking up at the intercom intensely, Kai was a little surprised after inspecting him, the boy seemed to radiate with a positive vibe. "Who is that?" Kai thought to himself. "There are some big name duelists on here, but I don't remember his name." Kai observed his deck for a second. "I can't afford a loss. Not at any cost."

[i]People have the gall to complain about free technology provided for a tournament?[/i] Lily thought to herself. [i]I'll feel even less guilty about feeding their 'innocent', alas selfish, souls to Uru.[/i] She leaned back in her seat and yawned. If the shuttles were going to launch, then she could safely nap and not miss a thing. She was prepared to win in the tournament, and wished to scout for strong duelists before challenging one. If she could work her way to the finals...she'd be satisfied...

"To do nothing but watch would be as foolish as our predecessors. By the time they got directly involved, they were too late to stop the evolutions and were defeated," Ven pointed out. He relaxed on his seat. "If we are to guide the world from the stagnant fate foretold, then we should act in the event something starts to mess us up."

[Dementuo]

Strata listened to the announcement, then watched as the guy walked off the shuttle. "Well, no complaints from me. No reason to anyways." Strata thought. "Well, if we're going to be taking off soon, then we might as well practice a bit before hand, just to make sure we're at the top of our game. Right, Akarui, Raven?" Strata asked. With that, he loaded up his deck to the duel simulator attached to the back of the seat in front of him, and starting running practice duels against everything from Zombies to Lightsworn.

Leuneth looked over at the duelists who had boarded. "...And so it begins..." Leuneth looked down at Aslla. "...There is quite a crowd here...Hopefully...Your ravaging hunger will be filled by the countless souls here..." Leuneth thought. "...You assisted me in coming back to this world...So now I shall assist you, Aslla Piscu..." Leuneth thought.

-MEANWHILE-

"Of course we shouldn't. However, now is not the time to act. If we were to defeat the Signers now, then there would not be enough power for the Circuit." Sven said. "We even have an agent looking into this matter as we speak. I do agree with you, though. To simply spend our endless time waiting and watching would be pointless. We shall act, but not yet. Perhaps we will be able to send out some drones to test them. See how far the Signers have come after two millenia." Sven said.

[Barian Warlord]

Zero had entered his shuttle, he had spent the last couple of days just wondering around the city and didn't realize that the tournament was coming up. Thought the feeling that something was watching him had appeared ever since he entered the shuttle and it was nagging him, he tried to figure out who would want to watch him but he still couldn't remember anything so he just looked through his deck, two cards were really nagging him, Power Tool Dragon and Red Demon Dragon, those two seemed so familiar but he couldn't place them and it was nagging him more than anything.

While remaining seated kai began remmebering a duel froma few years back with a man with glasses who looked similar to him but rather an older version.

[i]Kai stared at the man, a rainy day provided their duel with a sense of dissapointment from both sides of the duel, the dissapointment however would reside in the opponent's recent decisions. "So you're really going to do it are you." The taller and older man said as his brown hair dripped drops of the pouring rain, his Life Points showed to be 500. "You're the one who first got me into this!" his opponent called, it was a younger version of Kai, a couple of years younger, light tears seaped from his eyes. "You were gone...for so long, I continued to duel to relive your memory! The only way I knew how was through dueling and now youcome and say this?!" "You have come far Kai." The man stated causing kai to look shocked for a moment. "But still you understand nothing!" the man suddenly snapped catching Kai off guard for a second until Kai stated. "I Summon Belief Knight!" Suddenly a small dark lpurple and black 3 foot tall knight appeared the display revealed it had 500 ATK. "Go direct attack!" as the knight attacked the opponent, the man simply glared at Kai, the words "And still you understand nothing..." ran through this mind.[/i]
Kai shook his head and retruned to the present. "...father..."

[The White Wolf]

The Shuttles all shook. And before Akarui knew it, they were 500 feet off the ground. "Right...." Akarui stated, but he didn't start to practice. He got lost in his thoughts. He lied back until he finally dozed off...

Akarui was back at the scene of the duel, but now therewere only two. Yusei and the other. Once Akarui heard the other's voice, he immediately knew who the other one was. "!!! Rex Goodwin." he whispered to himself. [i]"I summon the Majestic Dragon!" Yusei declared. "Now I tune my level one Majestic Dragon to my level eight Stardust Dragon and my level one Stardust Xialong! I Synchro Summon! The Majestic Star Dragon!" Yusei declared once more, now on the Majestic Star Dragon.[/i] Akarui blanked out once more, but returned a few seconds later. [i]"Now Majestic Star Dragon is the toughest out on the field!" Yusei declared. "No! I was the Crimson Dragon's chosen one!" Rex declared. "Majestic Star Dragon! Attack his Earthbound Immortal!" Yusei declared as Rex's Life Points hit zero.[/i] Akarui blanked out once more....

When he woke up, they were arriving at the Space Station...

"I find this place very unspectaculare it's nothing like what I thought a Kiba Corp space station would look like." Meko stated to himself. "So I guess I'll look around this splace for a bit before finding my first target. Now lets get this going." He thought as he walked off the shuttle and onto the space station. He then went to a cafe and got a coffe and doughnut then to a cardshop just to see what waas there. "Nothing that great." He thought as he walked back into the courdoor and back tarwords the cafe. "Now to see how many people are off the shuttles and ready to duel."

[Raine]

Seriph was eating dinner a lovely medium-rare sirloin with a glass of chardonnay when the speaker in the shuttle came forth, "Umm, sir the public shuttles have taken off". Seriph raised his hand and motioned for a servant to take his plate, "Yes, every things on board". Seriph stood a pressed a button the interior changed hiding away loose items and folding away furniture. He then moved close to the front and sat down in the co-pilot seat and strapped himself in, "Punch it!". The shuttle rose to a vertical position Seriph began operating the control panels, "Fuel pressure adjusted ready for ignition." The pilot, a very good friend of Seriph, got to work as well, "Stage 1... ON!". Flame began to burst from the bottom of the shuttle. "Stage 2... ON!". The shuttle started to rise slowly then it accelerated, "Stage 3... in progress, ETA [s]Megamans next post [/s] TBA". Seriph sat back watched the gauges, they were off.

Kai braced his chair slightly as it began descending, he started to remmeber another time in his past however this event took place after his previouse battle with his father.

"Kai continued tio walk down the white path headed for a big city not to far in the distance. Walking with him was Alca his best friend from school who to was a talented duelist. The 2 continued to walk on as Alca began with. "So this is where our jounrey ends?" Kai nodded with a slightly despressed expression. "yea, but this is only the start of a bigger journey we hasve planned, no doubt we're known as duelists in the world, we need to become pros, become the best, that is our real journey." Alca smiled and replied. "Yea. You're right Kai." The two headed for the town when suddenly 2 pieces of paper flew in front of thm landiong on the ground, Kai and Alca both walked up and grabbed the papers, they were invitations to a tournament. "Invitations?" Alca questioned. Kai smiled lightly. "It's already started Alca, let's go." "Alca nodded and the 2 continued to walk on."

Kai returned to the presnt and heard the intercom say that they had landed Kai couldn't wait to be free from the vacinity of the rocket, he knew the first person he wanted to duel, he was determined as he faced the boy with a seriou expression.

Lily opened her eyes, aware that they had arrived at the station. She took a moment to reorient herself, and then stood up once the shuttle had docked. She swept out of the shuttle, her red-lined hooded cloak flowing behind her a little, her eyes avoiding all contact for now. She didn't want to know these people that would be joining her on the station. For if she allowed herself compassion to them, she would find it harder to defeat them, knowing the fate that awaited their souls...and the tournament was to only disqualify someone once they lost twice. To wipe them out with one loss would be to unfairly deprive them of the same dream she sought...to win the tournament.

The Spider Mark on her arm throbbed, a reminder that she should not forget the stakes. "Maybe a warmup first, then," she muttered. Yes...maybe one duel would be without the stakes to the loser. That would be fair, wouldn't it? Yet she could feel Uru was not pleased with the compromise.

"We just have to wait for the official commencement," Lily intoned, walking away from the docking bay. The less people she saw for now, the better.

[Raine]

Seriph had just finished the docking sequence and Dante was opening the gates. Seriph sat up and moved to enter the stadium, "Dante move to the group we need to blend in at the moment I have to place the cargo. I will see you there." Dante quickly nodded and ran off to the lobby in the space station.

Dante ran forth as soon as he saw the people he people he stopped and found a ledge on the second floor overlooking the gathering. He set him self up and pulled a small small cylinder device from his belt, he pulled a small holo-screen from it and scanned the lobby. "The 4 known are present, that's good." He place the device back in his belt." He then proceeded to move his self into the crowd. Noticing one of the signers remembering his name was Zero he assumed it a good idea to challenge him as soon as the tournament began, "I'm sure Seriph won't mind me dueling."

[Time Psyduck]

Rin stepped from the ship, and looked around the space station. If she was honest, she was impressed. Somehow she'd expected something a little more...cramped. She briefly glanced at the sort of entrance area where the ships had docked, and noticed the number of people about. She imagined they'd disperse, but if they started trying to duel each other it may take a while. She considered tracking down some of the other dark signers, or even finding out if a signer was nearby, but eventually decided to move to another part of the station to begin with. Fate would lead her to her opponents, so she headed off down a corridor leading deeper into the station.

Kai stepped out ontot he platform and off the shuttle, this was what he came for the dueling would commence soone nough, however even this wasn't soon enough for Kai, as soon as he walked out he turned to face all the others walking out waiting for that certaion someone to come on out of the shuttle. "If i can make an impact whhile everyone is around no doubt that will get ridm of bordeerline anyones doubt of me"

Akarui stepped off the shuttle. Completely ready. He had been working on building a new Duel Disk for this tournament and it was completed. He pulled it out of his bag and placed it on his arm. He smiled as it fit perfectly on his arm. He pressed a black button in the middle and five purple talons shot out of what seemed to be robotic fingers. The five talons all became rectangular with enough room for two cards. "Perfect..." he stated, he had got the idea of this Duel Disk from his card Metal Warrior LV4. He pressed the button again and the Duel Disk returned to its original form. He continued walking.
