lol guys. And Jake, you should add a few new rules regarding the "Abilities" part of the app:

[i][list=1][*]If you only have one or two abilities in your app, you are able to obtain a new ability very far into the RP.
[*]If you have the max amount of abilities, you can be able to learn a new Sub-Ability later on, depending on the situation.[/list][/i]

Personality: Carmina, not much is known about this girl, she is mostly just a myth, but based on research, I have come up with the following personality traits: Quiet, mysterious, sneaky, some would call her a demon or she-devil, hence the Latin name Carmina. Myth states that she is a devil whore, hence the name Luna Carmina. Many call her creepy and quiet. But when it all comes down to it, we only see her in myth. No one has gotten creditable evidence of her existance so personality evaluation is hard.
Species:Siren Preaumably. Some Myths claim she is a wandering ghost or spirit. But I'm filing this thing as a Siren.
Weapons: Weapons this girl possess is unkown, but Myth shows her with the following:

Abilities:
To switch between "worlds":
This is a little complicated for anyone reading this who doesn't know the story of Luna Carmina. There are supposedly two worlds, the world of the Living, and the World of the Dead, this is what is commonly accepted as a postulate or fact. Now Carmina's power gives her the ability to go to a world that is, in between. Her own world what is commonly known as Purgatory. After she draws in men and takes over their minds, she commonly takes them to this purgatory until further use. There have been cases where men escaped this purgatory. They described it as the following:

There are supposed ways of escaping, bathing in Holy water if one is to find any, the Carmina dies, kill enough of her monsters which is very unlikely, ect.
Illusion:
This is common for the Myth that is Luna Carmina. If she runs into someone who can resist her Siren song, which is only a supposed 1/50 males, she creates a model of the Purgatory of hers around the male. Escape of this is much easier but the pain experienced there is all real. To escape, one must touch something belonging to Carmina, touch Carmina herself, or kill one of the Males trapped in the Purgatory which appears in the Illusion, killing that person is also a way to free them from Purgatory and free their minds from Carmina.
[spoiler='Bio:']Carmina, only made in legend. I have devoted my life to summing up her history in order to prove to the world that Carmina in fact does exist and that she is a real being. Carmina supposedly came about around the time the humans brought destruction to the Supernatural Creatures. She watched over us, but not in a guardian way. Her first priority was to steal all the males away so reproduction wouldn't be possible. She succeeded. All the males from almost every human colony where taken away, but the women fought off Carmina and through her illusion, killed and got their men back. It was then Carmina decided, for every man she would take, she would kill one woman. She disappeared for a while until the invasion of the Werewolf tribes of the East. That is where many soldiers disappeared, supposedly the result of Luna Carmina. In Latin, Carmina means demon, which is what women see her as. But the men see her as the Devil's whore, which translates to Luna Carmina. Carmina's past and how she was made is unclear. But families lock their doors and windows at night not to hold off thieves, but to keep Carmina from their homes.[/spoiler]
Other Interesting Facts: She enjoys sexual torturing of men(it won't ever be described in the RP I swear!)
RP Sample: Night, the only time Carmina would roam nowadays. Her eyes glowed bright red as she stared down the road where Houses stayed. As she walked down the road, mail boxes began to rust and pipes dried out. Her purgatory would fuse with things she was near in a time of hunting. A lone hormone filled Teenage male, around the age of seventeen, was running away from her in fear, little did he know that he was already in her illusion. She dissipated and re-appeared in front of the boy, her eyes glowed as she began to sing. "Veni omnes, ego auferat te ... In terram ... magicae Veni omnes, ego auferat te ... Quasi hortum Magic ..." The boy collapsed and fell into Carmina's arms. She then walked away as the illusions disappeared and both vanished.

[spoiler=Personality:] Aylssa is very twisted and cold the first time you meet her and you usually don't know if any different once you spend time with her. She has never really opened up to anyone. Her main showing emotions and seemingly only emotions are anger, twisted joy, and being all around demented. She has all other emotions hidden away somewhere inside her. She will never look weak or back down when challenged, even if she is heavily outmatched.[/spoiler]

Abilities: She can enter the minds of others.
[spoiler=Bio:] Alyssa has a troubled past that she's hidden away in her mind so she never had to think about it again. At the age of 12 she was changed by a fellow classmate. Even before then she was abused, both psyically and sexually. Once she was changed she overheard her parents contacting the Supernatural Hunters to "excute" her. She ran away and had to live alone and fight to survive. She's destroyed entire villiages single handingly. Finally she found a group of vampires that could help her. They taught her how to lock away all the horrid memories and thoughts. Of course now she has all the pent up anger that she has to release someway and somehow.[/spoiler]

Alyssa was walking down the street looking around for a new target. The street lamps had just come on and people were roaming the streets. She was "flaunting" herself to find a meal. Some other women looked at her with disgust but the men were staring at her and all she had to do was pick one. SHe saw her target and approached him looking appealing as possible and got as calose as possible without touching him. "Hey big boy, how about we hook up?" The boy was clearly in college and all he was looking for was sex. He got flustered and red. She immediatly pulled him into the nearest alley. She began kissing him and but he didn't object whatsoever. Her lips moved down to his neck. The minute he started to get grabby she bit into the largest vein in his neck and prompty sucked his blood. Finally she dropped the lifeless body to the ground and licked her lips of the remaining blood. Alyssa walked away with a content smile on her face.[/spoiler]

He's asking if the humans have to be hunters. Not do the hunters have to be human.
