That's not a render. Renders need to be in PNG image format. Your pic is JPEG. Also, do you want an avi or logo?

As for that unique thing, I'm afraid that's just a bit too complicated. I don't know will I found any good renders for each member and then fit them with the Member's name and logo. Do you have any other ideas.

Hey, just letting you know the YModB ends today. You don't need to rush them, but I think what would be cool is putting the person's name in their award, it adds a personal touch :P

And then, if possible, just do a trophy at the top with the number place they earned.
