[spoiler=Spoiler]“I see. So you don’t have any leads right now?” Saber asked Haru as she looked over to see Natsu unconscious.

“Nope, nothing," Haru replied. "Sorry, lady,”

“Not so fast, my lady,” a voice said. A figure covered in a dark robe walked around from the side of the building.

“Who are you?” Haru asked sharply.

The figure ignored Haru and continued to speak, “There are two individuals named Cecil and Rydia. One is a king and the other is a summoner. They have been given a task by one known as the Sage of the Six Paths to seek a great evil that has been building its power. That same power has brought many worlds together as a result.” Saber listened to the figure’s story carefully, despite having an uneasy feeling about his words. “There is a castle not far from here. It emanates with the very essence of evil. That may be a place for you to investigate,” he said before walking off behind the building.

“Wait,” Saber exclaimed as she went to chase the figure. Unfortunately, the figure had vanished without a trace. “A dark castle, he said,” Saber thought to herself as she made her way down the path into the forest.

 

 

Roxas and Gold watched Link and Zexion fight it out.

“Sorry about the misunderstanding," Gold said to Roxas. "I saw the black cloak and thought you were a Pokemon thief."

“This is just so strange," Roxas said, shaking his head. "First I face some androgynous Duel Monster and then I was tasked with finding Pokemon. What’s next? Is someone going to tell me that there is some kind of Magic the Gathering where there are Duel Masters running around trying to fulfill some grand purpose?”

Gold just shrugged his shoulders before realizing something. “You’re searching for Pokemon? Are you after that Dunsparce, by chance?”

Roxas scratched his head In confusion. “That’s a Pokemon, right?” he asked.

Gold nodded. “I’ve been searching for it for a while. I believe it’s been heading this way. Wanna tag along? We might be able to find it if we worked together.” Roxas nodded and walked off with Gold toward a dark looking castle off in the distance.

 

 

“This is boring! I’m leaving!” Gary said to Dante.

“What do I look like, your babysitter?" Dante snapped. "You’re free to go anytime you want. I ain’t gonna stop you.”

“Yeah, yeah. Smell ya later, Dante,” Gary said as he walked out of the building. Dante just gave a nod before turning his head back to L and Rukia exchanging words while Ryuk ate an apple.

 

 

Gary was walking through the forest. “I need to find me a Ghost Pokemon to make my team unstoppable. Now where can I find a place around here that would have some?” He suddenly arrived in front of a menacing looking castle. The gates to the castle opened as if to call him inside. “Well, this looks like just the place,” he said with a grin as he pushed the gate aside and walked inside.

 

 

Saber opened a door and found herself in a large courtyard with a large fountain in the middle. Shortly after she arrived, Gold and Roxas climbed over the wall and emerged. Gary rode in on an Aeordactyl and jumped down. “What the? Who are you guys?” Gary asked. “I know you,” Gold exclaimed at Gary and reached for his Pokeballs. Sensing the hostility, Saber drew her sword. The dark air within the castle was fueling their emotions and driving them to fight unfamiliar faces. “Something’s not right here. This place – is feeding and manifesting the darkness within their hearts,” Roxas thought to himself. Gold called out his Typhlosion and Gary his Electivire.

Gold V.S. Gary Oak?

 

f*** you too Roxas.

 

Hey, if people can whine about too many characters for any given franchise, I can whine about too many Pokémon characters, since it now has more characters than Yu-Gi-Oh!, Naruto, or Final Fantasy. Besides, the randomizer put Gary Oak up against Squirtle as well, so I went with this.

 

I honestly don't care who wins this match, but I'm going with Gary Oak, since I've known him the longest. I really hate looking for pictures of him, but that shouldn't a reason to vote for/against someone. Plus, he has an Umbreon. In a match like this, that automatically earns you victory.
