|While this card is face-up on the field, monsters your opponent controls can only attack monsters in the same column. A monster in the same column as this card cannot attack and it's effects are negated.|

Seems OK, but would leave monsters you control that rely on same column boosts would have to avoid this zone. Seems like it cuts your half of the column out. Also, that would also probably mean leaving it on the side of the field to leave a bit pof freedom.

Ok, let's have another go:

-You could lock down opponents monsters but you couldn't get much out of it, as most Senet monsters would need to be in the same column for a boost, meaning you couldn't get another monster in that column for their boost.
-I mean't if you play it at the end of the Monster Zones, you would still be free to use other Senet Monsters to manouvre the other 4 zones. If you were to play this in the central zone, it would limit movement for another monster.

PS: First time I mis-read. Thought it was a Spell/Trap.

Senet monsters often gain effects from being in the same column as an opponent monster. This card doesn't keep your opponent from summoning monsters, they can just only attack monster in the same column.

Alright well I understand better ^^.

Your first detail though confuses me a little bit. Column refers to this | so the senet monsters would still gain their effects because all this card does is make your opponent's monsters attack monsters in the same column. Meaning if you don't have any monsters in column 1 while your opponent controls Stardust Dragon in column one, your opponents stardust cant attack. Or if this card is in Column one and Stardust is in column 1 Stardust is locked.

So what I'm saying is, your Senet monsters are unaffected by this and still get their boosts.

Yeah, but just not on the column being locked by Paramount Wall. As long as it's on the field that's the one column you can't get the boost from.

Hopefully, that's wrapped up.

New card:

Pawn Beast
Earth / Level 3 / Beast / Effect
ATK: 1200 / DEF: 600
This card gains 500 ATK if it attacks a monster in 1 adjacent Monster Zone from this column on your opponent's side of the field.

Let me know if this is a step too far. Just wanted to add another element to the theme.
If you're having trouble working it out, I will attempt a diagram.

Pawn Beast in monster zone 2nd from left gains power boost by attacking monster zones on far left and centre.

EDIT: Couldn't make a diagram but the explanation should clear it up.

OH! I get it. Well this card still orks well in Senet. This card can be used with Senet Switched, it's just not as easily used in Senet without more switch support.

Why would your card be considered taking it to far? It's fine and balanced.

I just wondered if it was too much trying to be able to gain boosts from diagonal match-ups rather than just same-column.

|Contricio Sneaking Shark|0||Aqua/Effect|Water|4||1600|1200|Once per turn, you can move a "Contricio" monster to an adjacent unoccupied Monster Card Zone. When a "Contricio" monster moves to an adjacent Monster Card Zone, you can destroy 1 card in the same column. When this card is destroyed, the opponent's monsters are moved to the left 1 column and your monsters are moved to the right 1 column. For the next 2 turns, monsters can only attack monsters in the same column.|

I would like to join. I'm a little shaky with the card grammar on the last part though.

As an afterthought, what would happen if they reach the edge of the Monster Card Zone? Move to opposite side?
This'd do some serious damage should you have several copies in play. If you had 3 out, you might even sacrifice one in battle to potentially wipe out 5 cards your opponent controls.

@♥Łövëły Ċ.Ċ♥: Sorry, won't happen again.

Yeah, that's what I assumed would happen. I meant to mention it in the card, but I forgot. I have a bad memory. :/

Yeah, this card will need a little more redoing. I think I'll do something like this.

Once per turn, you can move a "Contricio" monster to an adjacent unoccupied Monster Card Zone. When a "Contricio" monster moves to an adjacent Monster Card Zone by this effect, you can destroy 1 card in the same column.

Maybe that would fix it a little bit. Not too sure.
