Effect; When this card is synchro summoned during your turn, special summon one level 2 or below monster card from your hand. This card gains half the attack points of each Level 2 or below monsters that is currently on the field. By removing a level 2 monster in your graveyard from play, you can negate an attack aimed at this monster. If this card destroys a monster in battle, you can remove this card from play and draw 5 cards. Special summon all level 2 or below monsters drawn by this effect, and remove the remaining cards from play.

This monster can not change battle positions and it can't be used for a tribute summon.

Then special summon the monsters used to synchro summon this card in attack mode. Their effects are negated.

* Level 5 or below; This card gains the combined attack points of the monsters used to Synchro Summon it. This card can attack your Opponents Life Points Directly. When this card deals direct damage due to this effect, send the top card of his deck to the graveyard
* Level 6; This card has 2300 Attacks points. When this card attacks your Opponent, no Spells or Traps can be activated
* Level 7; This card has 2500 Attack Points. When this card is summoned successfully, draw one card
* Level 8; This card has 2700 attack points. By tributing a monster on your side of the field, this card can attack twice during the battle phase of this turn
* Level 9; This card has 2900 attack points. When this card attacks a monster in defense mode, inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponent
* Level 10 or above; This card has 3500 attack points. This card counts as having no effect and as a normal type monster.

I believe you meant

Otherwise it wouldn't make much sense.

Still, it's nice seeing more Synchron Synchros that use non-Junk Synchron Tuners to summon. Some of them look potent, but I'm not evaluating them for now. Maybe another time.

Spell Cards

Pot of Tuning; Select 5 "Tuner" monsters in your graveyard, and return them to your deck. Draw two cards from your deck after this. If 3 of the returned monsters are "Synchron" tuner monsters, you can return one of the selected monsters to your hand instead of returning it to your deck, and draw two cards.

Level Patch; When this card is activated, select one "Synchron" monster. If you remove levels from a monster, you can move a card from a deck to your hand whose level is equal to the total amount of levels remove. If you add levels to a monster, send a monster whose level is equal to the total amount of levels gained by this effect. This effect applies until the End Phase of the turn this card is activated.

Trap card

Synchron Sphere; Continuous Trap; As long as you control one "Synchron" monster, you can negate one attack on any Synchron monster once per turn.

The summoned monster gains 1000 attack points.

Synchron Soul; Activate this card when a monster whose synchro material included a "Synchron" monster is targeted by an effect involving taking control of it or equipping it to another monster. Negate the activation of the effect, and special summon the selected "Synchron Monster". It's effects are negated, and it is removed from the field, remove it from play instead.
