Engetsu vs. Zextra [Finished]

I gotta say... You both have really great cards. I don't often do this (and by that, I mean this is the first time I've ever done this), but both ofyour cards are on an equal level. However, I do admit that Zextra's card may be ever-so-slightly OP'ed with the summoning, and your card is just a little bit too simple for my taste, but if I must...

I like Engetsu's card is made of more pure win than Zextra's because Zextra's tries to include too much in it. The effects are kind of confusing, having to do with 2 counters, and it's kind of op'd. Engetsu's card is very fitting for Maruding Captain, (really good card, by the way. I use it in one if my decks) letting you bring a card to your hand and then Summon him right away, letting you Summon ANOTHER monster. If you could have more than 1 Rangar, there would be a loop giving you 5 monsters and so your opponent can't attack if you Summon 3 or 2 Captains.

Zextra: 7/10
