When cards go from Graveyard ----> Deck, I think the correct word would be 'Return' instead of 'send'.

Capitalize Summon, Graveyard.

When this card is Special Summoned, place a Valkyria Feather counter on all other Spellcaster-Type monsters you control. Monsters with a Valkyria Feather counter cannot be attacked and cannot be targeted by your opponent's Spell Cards.

I think its safe to say that cards OP to not be attacked and unaffected by spell cards make you practically invincible (with the obvious exception of monster effects and traps). Great card otherwise I love the image.

Alright then, I revamped the effect so now only targeting spells can be blocked. And much like the original, only she can be affected.

Yes, we have. But to make a Tuner Normal Monster here, you have to write '(Type) / Tuner' as if '/ Tuner' was part of the Type, in a Normal Monster generator.

boost synchron + 2 or more non tuner monsters.
if this card is sucsessfuly summoned summon 1 level 4 or lower monster from your hand. than your opponet
must choose one of the monster and send to the grave yard. after two consecutive turns summon that monster it's attack is then doubled and is destroyed in the end phase this effect is only activated every 12 turns.
