As the ship shook violently, Eggman shouted, "Computer! Airship Analysis!" It didn't take more than 5 seconds to report back. "Airship rear struck by unidentified object," the computer reported. "Is there an image?" Eggman asked. "Checking database... Image available. Loading..." When the picture popped up, Sonic immediately recognized him. "That's the same hedgehog I saw in the bar!" Eggman pushed a button that said "Flight Pattern" on it. "We'll just be able to make it to Horus' village. But it'll be cutting it close," he said.

Lance smirked. "They won't even have time to land. They will face the wrath of Lance...unless they tell me what the hell's going on around here!" Lance jumped off the Aircraft and hovered with his shoes in mid-air. "Chaos Crusher!" he shouted as he shot two more balls of energy at the plane.

Nazo sighed. "That creature earlier...who was it...and why did it just disappear randomly? It just announced who it was and left? Must've been scared of my power levels." Nazo laughed. He knew this wasn't true though. He looked around and locked onto another emerald location. "Since no one's taking advantage of these Chaos Emeralds just laying around, i might as well collect them." Nazo smiled as he picked up a Blue Chaos Emerald. "Two down..." he said.

As the ship shook even worse than before, a panic spread throughout the ship. Eggman was stressing to get the ship under control, flipping every lever and pushing every button. "We're gonna crash!" Sonic yelled. An alarm went off, sounding throughout most of the ship. "Tails! We need a tractor beam, a parachute, [b][i][u]ANYTHING[/u][/i][/b] to slow our fall!" Eggman cried to Tails in desperation. Sonic then blasted out of the room for no apparent reason. He ran to the outside of the ship. Upon seeing Lance, he yelled out to him, "Hey, whatever your name is! Why are you doing this?! What do you want?!"

"I WANT ANSWERS!" Lance shouted. Lance had wondered why he had been transformed into a darker version of himself. "I want to know why you freaks weren't changed by that dark wave. I want to know why a giant creature appeared in this world calling itself Neo-Chaos." His eyes then glew dark red. "And i want to fight!" he shouted.
"I'll give you a fight...." a familiar voice smirked. Shadow backhanded Lance to the ground. Lance caught himself and growled. "Chaos Spear!" Shadow shouted shooting a bolt of Chaos energy. Lance dodged it and the Chaos Spear hit the plane instead.

Nazo stepped closer to the white Chaos Emerald. "This is just too easy...." he laughed.

It was bad enough that the plane had been hit 3 times, now another? Eggman knew they were going down. There seemed to be nothing he could do about it. Eggman had been listening to the conversation via a miniscule microphone on the top of the ship. "Computer! Engage Water Mode, ASAP!" he yelled. Meanwhile Sonic was watching the two hedgehogs fight, trying to decide what to do. He had almost forgotten he was wearing the suit. Should he even try to tell this problem to him, or should he leave like a coward? Eventually, he decided. "Hey, whoever you are!" he yelled above the two. "I'll tell you, but you gotta calm down. Also, I want to know one thing: your name."

[Mr. Hyde]

Shadow and Lance fought in chaos controlled time. He blocked a couple of Shadow's kicks with his arms and punched him in the gut. He then slammed both of his fists in the back of Shadow's head. The chaos controlled time stopped and Shadow fell to the ground. Lance laughed then heard the voice of the hedgehog he was talking to earlier. "Fine...I'll calm down..." Shadow fell onto the falling plane.
"Geez...that guy's tough..." Lance smirked.
"My name's Lance the Hedgehog..." He said.

Nazo overshadowed the green emerald. "It won't be long before i am perfect yet again..I have the purple, blue, green, and white Emeralds all in my possession. No one will stop me."

Sonic led Lance to the passenger room. "My name's Sonic the Hedgehog," he said. When they entered, Eggman called Sonic over. "What are you thinking?! Are you insane?!" the scientist whispered angrily. "No, I'm not! And I'm thinking that we explain this whole situation to him!" Sonic whispered back. He turned his attention back to Lance. "Okay, Lance. This might get a little complicated. We were in Eggman's base when..." Sonic explained the whole situation to him, from Amy's hammer smacking into the machine to the Chaos Emeralds going haywire, and the dark wave and Horus, to where they were now. "...and now we're here," he finished. All that time, the ship had been transformng into its Water Mode counterpart, and had sunk into the water.

[Mr. Hyde]

Lance scratched his head. "That all sounds so complicated. I've never heard of these Chaos Emeralds, but they do sound sweet." He laughed. "Oh well. I guess i'm dark like this for a reason eh? Oh well." Lance looked around the cabin and at all of the other mobians in the 'sub'. A fox with two tails, and a pink hedgehog. They seemed off in their own worlds. Shadow chaos controlled into the cabin.
"Hmph...that guys a real jerk.." he said to himself.
"You don't seem that nice either." Lance said brushing off his shoulder.

Nazo picked up the 5th emerald. "The red one is all mine. Now all i need are the yellow, and light blue....then i'll be complete."

An idea had suddenly popped into Eggman's head. "Hey, I wonder if we got rid of all the dark energy, this world would be corrected, along with all other people," he said. "Maybe. But how are we going to do that?" Sonic replied. He then thought of a question. "Hey, Lance. What happened before you attacked our ship, way back [i]before[/i] the energy wave?"

[i]With Neo Chaos...[/i]

"Are the preparations complete?" N.C. asked. "10% done, sir," one of his minions answered. This irritated him a bit. "How long until completion?" "Two days, sir." N.C.'s eyes flickered with annoyance. "Very well. You may continue your work. I have other things to tend to." "Yes, sir." The minion headed off. N.C. turned around in his giant throne, which was able to spin. He held his hands and cupped them. A dark orb appeared, floating above his hands. "The orb of Dark Chaos..." he whispered. "This will keep the dark energy spreading across the world."

[Mr. Hyde]

Lance shrugged. "All i remember is destroying some clanking robots that were sent to attack me. After that, that's when the wave hit and i transformed into this...dark form of myself. It's pretty crazy. I've become more violent and stuff."
"I can tell" Shadow said with a nod.
"I'm sorry but that's all i can really remember."

"The Cyan Emerald is MINE!" Nazo shouted with delight. "One more to go." He said with a wicked smile.

OOC: Sorry I haven't been posting guys, but I stopped caring about this RP for a while. I'm gonna give it another try though...not sure what to do with Slaanesh at this point...

If Nazo thought he was going to be taking the Yellow emerald easily, he was horribly mistaken. Rather than choose to waste his energy fighting Nazo and running about gathering the emeralds, Horus had busied himself with feeding off of the ambient chaos energies which had been released across the world, gaining strength as he fed off the very power that had brought Neo Chaos to life. He had sensed Nazo traveling towards the final Chaos emerald, and had sensed the perfect opportunity to gain their power for himself. He had made his way to the location of the Yellow Emerald and simply sat down to wait for his silver acquaintance to arrive. He was, himself, pulsating with a dark aura which was gradually growing in intensity as he fed off of the ambient chaos of the world.

[i]Meanwhile...[/i]

Amy had finally managed to recover from what seemed to have been a state of suspended animation induced by the terror she had felt at the thought of crashing, and she now realized exactly what was going on. She still had her hammer with her, more than ready to use it if the need arose, and she was now sitting down cross-legged on the floor facing Lance and looking at him with more than a fair amount of confusion.

[Mr. Hyde]

Lance raised an eyebrow at the pink hedgehog. "Why hello there, my name's Lance, Lance the Hedgehog." He picked up her hand and kissed it. "And your name would be?" he asked with a smooth smile. Shadow almost choked.
"Bleh!" he said immaturely placing his finger close to his uvula.

Nazo flew closer and closer to his final emerald. "It's sooo ready for me to just...take it?!" He said stopping in mid-air. "There's....a huge amount of energy....coming from the place i'm headed...." He flew closer and noticed a hedgehog he had met earlier. "NOOOO! I was soooo close. This can't be!!!" He clenched his fist. "No matter...it shouldn't be too hard to dispose of this annoyance."

Rather than allow lance to kiss her hand, Amy practically jumped out of her skin when he moved towards her. The very next movement from her was a full-force two-handed downward strike from her Piko-Piko hammer directly aimed for Lance's head. She did it more out of reflex and surprise than anything else, almost immediately regretting what she had done and holding the hammer behind her in embarrassment.

"Oh...I...I'm sorry...I'm Amy Rose."

[i]Meanwhile...[/i]

Horus looked up as he saw Nazo flying in towards him, sensing the other six chaos emeralds on him, and let out one of his deep and hollow chuckles. He picked up the Yellow Emerald, choosing to keep it on his person just in case. For the time being, he wasn't going to directly attack Nazo, simply sit and wait for him to come down. A thought had occurred to him that perhaps the silver hedgehog would be more useful as an Ally than an Enemy.

[Mr. Hyde]

Lance rubbed his head. "OW OW OW OW OW!!!!!" Lance said. The attack was unexpected and shocked him. "So Amy Rose huh? That's a very pretty name." He said once he got to his feet. "I know i kinda look intimidating in my current state. But i really am a nice guy...i think."

Nazo floated down towards the ground. "Oh you poor misguided creature. You see that gem that was here, it was mine. And if you'd ever so kindly would hand it to me, i wouldn't have to obliterate you where you stand." Nazo could feel the chaos energy flowing in this guy. *I can't toy with him...i might actually have to fight if necessary...* he thought to himself.

Amy was still holding her hammer behind her, flushing brightly out of embarrassment and looking at the ground when she looked up at Lance, obviously in pain from her strike and she saw past the chaos that was obviously within him and she saw something oddly familiar to her. She mentally shook herself to clear her head before she spoke to him again.

"It's...it's not that, you just...startled me a bit."

[i]Meanwhile...[/i]

Horus let another deep, hollow chuckle resound from his throat as he gazed at Nazo from behind the aura of chaos which had covered him. He had no doubt in his mind that Nazo actually thought that he could be defeated, and he found that very amusing. He calmly stood up, before slowly walking towards the silver hedgehog, his footsteps resounding on the ground and the aura gaining intensity as he came to feed off of the energy from the six chaos emeralds Nazo carried, as well as the yellow one he did. He looked the hedgehog straight in the eyes before saying anything.

"I have come to the conclusion that both of our goals will be better met by working together rather than fighting. We both feed upon chaos, and there is so much of it within this world now that we could become powerful enough to rock the very foundations of this universe. Neo Chaos even, he is composed of the very power upon which we feed, in other words he's just a gigantic moving battery for anyone who knows how to tap into him. So, think you're strong enough to take the power which has been handed to you?"

As he said this final sentence, he stretched out his hand, waiting to see if Nazo would take it.

[Mr. Hyde]

Lance blushed. "Oh...i'm sorry...amy. I didn't mean to scare you or anything. Just trying to make new friends since all of mine either got turned into freaks like me, or they're dead because of freaks like me." He sighed. "That wouldn't be a good thing at all..."

Nazo looked at Horus with an expression of pure hatred. He was right. This planet was all there's for the taking. "Hmph....As if i need to team up with the likes of you!" He then rubbed his chin. "Although it would be much more easier than doing it myself. I wouldn't want to go one on one with Hyper Shadic again...." Nazo took the hedgehog's hand and shook. "This is the beginning of the most unholy alliance this world has ever seen..."

[Asriel Dreemurr]

Horus smiled widely, both at Nazo's agreement and his Hatred, as the Yellow Emerald rose out of his pocket and the other six joined it as they levitated in a circle about the two of them. It was oh so likely that the entire world would know that they had claimed all seven, the outward pulse of Negative Chaos Energies being more than sufficient to be detected by even the dullest of senses. Regardless, the emeralds began to spin about them and the Aura surrounding Horus intensified further as he looked Nazo directly in the eyes.

"Then why waste any time? If we're going to move, we'll do it now!"

The aura surrounding him suddenly collapsed in upon his body and soon his fur began to shine brightly as if covered by thousands of small crystals, his quills shooting straight up and back from his head and the ground shattering beneath his feet. Though no immense upward burst of chaos emanated from him, a massive shock wave tore through the world outward from him, reverberating much further than anyone could possibly have managed to behold him with their eyes. This was the terror which could be known as Ultimate Horus.

[Mr. Hyde]

Nazo felt the surge of Negative Chaos energy flow through him. The Chaos Emeralds lost their respective colors and Nazo charged his energy. A crater started to form beneath his feet as he laughed maniacally. His fur turned red and the tint of his eyes changed from white to yellow. Some quills hung down on the side of his face. A burst of black was all it took to complete his transformation. The world once again had to feel the wrath of Perfect Nazo.

Lance's ear pricked up. "Wh....What is that?" Shadow almost shivered.
"I feel it as well Lance...this isn't good..."

Sonic was confused at first as to what the hedgehogs were talking about. Then, all of a sudden, a massive shock wave passed through the ship. As it shook violently, Sonic shouted, "AHHH!!!!" as he fell onto the floor. Once it had subsided, Sonic said, "What was that?!" "I don't know, but whatever it was, it was extremely powerful. I'll see if I can backtrack to the source," Eggman replied. As he was doing this, a thought popped into Sonic's head. "It looks like Lance can remember at least SOME of his past, while Horus' memory seems gone all together." The computer beeped once. "Ah, here we go! It seems that the source was... oh, no..." Eggman's expression changed for the worse as the computer revealed the source. "What is it?!" Sonic asked impatiently. "It's... Horus... And Nazo... their power levels are off the charts!" Eggman exclaimed worriedly.

[Asriel Dreemurr]

Horus chuckled quietly, before bursting out into complete manic laughter as he levitated slowly into the air, looking down at Nazo. He turned in the direction from which he could sense Neo Chaos' power emanating. He made a motion for Nazo to follow him, before shooting out through the atmosphere at several hundred times the speed of sound causing many trees and objects on the ground to be flattened by the sonic boom and the air currents following him. It wouldn't take him long to reach Neo Chaos, and he wasn't planning on waiting for Nazo either.

Neo Chaos was sensing an object rapidly approaching, and made the Orb of Dark Chaos apparently vanish. He smirked. "I was practically born from the Chaos Emeralds. It will take more than a simple power-up to defeat me," he said to himself. He turned around and awaited the flying object.

[i]With Sonic and the others...[/i]

"What are we going to do?!" Sonic said. "Right now, we should go to where we were originally headed. We need to do some repairs first. Lance, you caused this, so you owe us some help," Eggman replied.

Horus was practically at Neo Chaos' lair the very instant after he had been sensed approaching, and he bbrought himself to a stop within mere moments. The sudden stop brought on a massive rush of wind which would likely tear massive chunks of stone out of the structure and send those servants of Neo Chaos that had come flying away. The white, now apparently crystalline, hedgehog stared Neo Chaos in the face without fear in his face, but with the expression of one who was hungry for power. He stretched out his hands, into which two orbs of Negative Chaos Energies quickly began to build up, but they were not from his own store of power. The orbs were being formed from the ambient chaos which Neo Chaos was emanating into the environment.

"You need to know something, [i]"Neo Chaos"[/i]. You were born of the Chaos Emeralds...you are pure Chaos...and because of that you are susceptible to my power. I feed upon chaos, and now I shall feed upon you!"

Horus now rapidly changed the source of the energy he was drawing into himself, now directly draining energy from Neo Chaos and empowering himself with it.

Amy jumped up at what Eggman said, more than ready to lend a hand in the repair of the ship.

"I practically caused this, let me try and do what I can to help us fix this."

She wanted to help for more reasons than just because she saw herself as being at fault for all of this, she had the feeling that if they got to Neo Chaos, they would find Horus and, more than anything, she wanted to get her friend back. It was bad enough knowing that, as of right now, he was with Nazo.
