Luna Lovegood
I dunno how tough it'll be. I'm not as good as some people seem to think I am. I don't think I've ever won a contest, 'cept for a few one-on-ones.
FTW (For The Wynn)
We shall see, besides I've been in a card-making funk lately. Anyway, just post your card here when it is finished.
Luna Lovegood
Here's my card. The wording is off because I'm terrible at OCG and I've never seen anything like it.This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by returning 1 or more Spell or Trap card(s) from your opponent's Graveyard to their hand. This card's Level is equal to 4 +/- up to the number of Spell or Trap card(s) returned to your opponent's hand by this card's effect. FTW (For The Wynn)
It's funny because your card is in my old signature style. lol, it's an old card that I've never used in a contest, but I've always wanted to try it and now I had an opportunity. Buttercup
Both of these cards are terrible. FTW's has a high cost, isn't chainable and often results in a minus. A DDV like card would have been nice. But no. LL's gives your opponent a plus for a 2000 ATK Special Summon when Cyber Dragon exists. Maybe it would have been ok in Fabled if the last effect hadn't had an arbitrary once per turn limit. But no. LL's is still a good beater I guess, and it does enable otks, making the opponent's plus possibly irrelevant. So go Luna.

Engetsu
I vote for FTW's card because imo it's more creative and useful, even though the cost is rather high and the drawbacks are...bleh lol.
FTW (For The Wynn)
Thanks for the vote :D I wanted the cost and the drawbacks to be high though, I wanted it not to be an absolute game changer. Besides, it would be OP'd if I didn't put those kind of restrictions in.

Zextra
FTW's card may have high drawbacks, but with the right strategies, they can work with you. However, though Luna's is balanced, it is simply altering the monster's level. I don't see a purpose for it other than Synchro Summon. Therefore, I would have to say FTW's is more universal, since it can be used with any Deck (though I'm not sure if you would run it or not). Sorry, Luna, but FTW gets my vote on this one. Also, on another note, I don't know why sondance gave you a neg on Post #7 (I'm assuming it was an accident), but I gave you one to make up for it. Admiral_Stalfos19
I'm casting my vote for FTW. His card has some powerful effects, and the high cost makes sure its not OP'ed. Whereas with Luna's card, all it does is change it's own level, which as Zextra said earlier, is only rometly useful if you want to Synchro Summon. Otherwise, there are better beatsticks out there. ~Hado~
FTW`S card has a really flexible effect that can work for many decks. Even if the cost is a bit high, the effects make it up. Very balanced. Luna card was well done, but is focused on Synchros only. It also has a new effect that isn`t in my OCG Vocabulary, so I can`t vote based on OCG. But it isn`t OP, or anything, so it`s very balanced as well. My vote goes to...Oh, I do love suspense, so just highlight the tiny words in white at your anticipation:-My vote goes to FTW.-
