Lonk
Wind Waker has a tragic ending.
The king ultimately failed in giving the new generation the kingdom of Hyrule since it became flooded by his wish on the Triforce. He paid the price of failure with his own life to let Link and Tetra live on.

Ace Attorney 2-3 for the same reason as Ice. I didn't want to finish the trial Kingdom Hearts's ending and (spoiler?) Sora's sacrifice.
Axel and Xion Face Off & Xion's End

Oh, man. Larxene
Most games in the KH series for me. Also I agree on Wind Waker's ending, I actually replayed it not long ago. I love the final boss fight though, easily my favorite of any Zelda game. Oh, and most Final Fantasy games can get me a bit emotional. If it counts, some Touhou fan videos can make me cry (not so) manly tears.

Engetsu
Dark Chronicle/Dark Cloud 2 for the PS2. It had a lot of emotional moments throughout the game, starting near the end of chapter 2. It was such an underrated game And of course there's also Zelda and Okami, but I don't think I need to go into detail in which parts of the game were emotional. I can play her theme on the piano. It's very beautiful. ^^ @Eng - Dark Cloud 2, most definitely. @Alfred - I'll check it out... because I never actually beat that game. *shot* @Larx - I need to play more Touhou. I kind of lost interest in it a while back.

I think I felt more sorry for the girl then anything, because she lived such a sheltered life and I imagined when they told her what had happened to her dad... like... it must have absolutely destroyed her. On an unrelated note, Shadow of the Colossus. Such a feeling of foreboding throughout the entire game, and the horrible, horrible feeling of sadness juuust before the 16th colossus. Spoon
The ending of Eternal Sonata... beautiful, beatiful game, and those very last scenes... I was left speechless when I first played through the game. I mean, there are games where the last boss is pretty predictable, and there are games where the last boss is pretty meaningless... but this came so out of nowhere. And then you can see how the circle closes... I love the game, I just love it for what it is Other than that: Final Fantasy IX, the Pandaemonium scene, where Zidane walks the long walk, with "You're Not Alone" in the background... I actually think this scene is more touching than Aerith's Death, but that's just my point of view... Final Fantasy VII was never one of my favourites. Of course, the ending of Portal was already named, no need to do it once more Just recently I finished Enslaved - Odyssey to the West... the ending was actually pretty shocking, a little disturbing, yet kind of... perfect. Emotional on another level you could, not exactly sad, but... strange. You can't deny the beauty of the overall story as well. And as a last one: American McGee's Alice, the scene right before the final boss... for those of you who want to know:
The Cheshire Cat's head explodes. Completely out of nowhere, in the middle of a sentence. And Alice cries... that's all. But it's hell of a lot disturbing, because you know what you're up to next: A creature from hell... and you'll kill it, no matter what. For your friend. For Revenge. I love the scene for it's absurdity, but it's also pretty touching.

Marisa Kirisame-ze
A lot of the scenes in Final Fantasy XIII because I can relate to some of them when it comes to Vanille and Hope. Even Lightning and Serah at times too. Their emotions and reactions seem so realistic and you can truly understand what they're going through even if it's just a video game. It's been a moving journey, and I'm not even finished with it. Another scene would be when I had to incinerate my Companion Cube in Portal. I'm not joking.
