Ieyasu Tokugawa
I put for Yue to reveal both hands so I could put the second effect, but if others say to do it, then it would probably be a good idea. For Kaede, how much should I drop the Pactio attack? Also, the normal effect was that if you do remove your opponent's monster, then the Pactio form cannot attack. But yeah, I'll probably change Nodoka, since if she and Yue are on the field, Nodoka just becomes field fodder.
krazyxgamer
lol Kaede's effect was kinda confusing lol and you should probably drop the ATK to 2400 or so since she's not all that easy to summon, 2300-2400 should be balanced enough i think for Yue, i understand why her effect would be like that, if you want to change it go ahead, if you don't want to go ahead it's hard thinking up of creative effects isn't it? xD it's hard for me since i make so many cards... in the same set.. xD i think my Touhou set is gonna reach about 500 cards when i'm done updating it (just got 90 new pics to work with lol)
♠>:Stick-Man:<♠
These are great cards, pictures are sweet, effects are simple and effective, over all score = 10', great job and keep at it.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Added Evangeline, and if anyone can find a good pic of Chachamaru's Chao Bao Z pactio, please let me know, I can't get anything big enough.
Time Psyduck
Evangeline looks quite good, although given the power level the revival, especially with the ATK boost and effect avoidance, may be a little too much. Perhaps if the Ancient form revived the Supressed form, rather than itself. The requirements for the ancient form seem needlessly complicated - maybe if it was a special summon which required you to tribute (or send to the graveyard, which would work around Pactio Konoka and some other stuff) the other form and another monster, it would be a bit faster, especially given that you have to tribute to get out the weaker form to begin with. For the current version of Nodoka, you don't really need the backfire for it not being a monster. If you keep it however you should say something like: "If there are no monster cards in your opponent's hand when this effect is activated,..." just to clarify, because it's no longer the only alternative option - your opponent could have Dandylion, Treeborn Frog and Pot of Avarice in hand, in which case forcing them to lose the spell is the better move, but they still had monsters in hand. krazyxgamer
more fixes: This card is unaffected by Monster Card Effects. Once per turn, when this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can discard 2 monsters to Special Summon this card to your side of the field. If you do, all monsters you control gain 300 ATK during your next turn only. you should make it 1 monster, discarding 1 monster is hard enough This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. This card cannot be Tribute Summoned except by tributing 1 "Supressed Vampire - Evangeline A. K. McDowell" and 1 other monster. This card cannot be targeted by card effects. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, during the End Phase you can discard 2 cards to Special Summon this monster in face-up Defense Position. When this card is Special Summoned by this effect, all other monsters you control gain 300 ATK.
Nightmare Moon
Hey Metagross386, cool Negima cards. ^^ 10/10 Keep it up, dude.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Fixed everything so far. Nodoka's no monster backfire was from the previous effect where she revealed your opponent's hand, I just forgot to remove it. For Evangeline, I just wanted to get away from mass Special Summonning, but I gues it didn't work right

Ieyasu Tokugawa
Was reading the latest manga chapters and decided I wanted to do Magia Erebea, so here it is. I have an idea for the Agilitas form, but the only pic I have is a headshot of negi, and I don't like headshots.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
Man it's been a while. anyway, I was trying to make an actual Deck out of these (print the images and put them in sleeves and whatnot) when I figured out, it is a pain to grab Pactio! and these guys have no protection! I think I'm going to be focused on more support roles for a while, which is why I have Chamo as a trap and Natsumi protecting everybody on the field

Ieyasu Tokugawa
Made 4 of the members of Ala Rubra. Meant to be stong while not having to rely on the other cards. Kinda thought of making them divine monsters, but yeah.

Makο
I, for one, was disappointed to see Chamo as a trap, not a Monster.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Yeah, but I can't see chamo being a very strong monster, and he's too good of a character to let go to waste like that. Besides, the Deck won't work without getting Pactio! out, and until now the only way to do that was to draw it or bring Negi to the field for an entire turn. Ieyasu Tokugawa
Added Ako, then realized she was the whole "Side Character" deal in the manga so I changed Natsumi's name.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
I never really got into the Negima!? anime, so I don't really know a lot about those cards.
Makο
They are basically fail cards. If drawn, the partner is turned into a useless little creature. As for a use as a card, you could use it for drawing your opponent towards a false sense of security, or in card talk, lowering ATK and DEF. Ieyasu Tokugawa
I knew what they were, I just never got into that portion of the series, all my knowledge comes from Mahou Sensei Negima. But now that I'm thinking about it, I might be able to use them in a different way from what you're saying, maybe kinda like the cocoon animals from the Neo Spacians. Random Note: Holy crap I'm a four-star!
