Mhh, what to do, what to do. I know! Post my entry.

[spoiler=Rioku]

"Headless Knight" + 1 Level 6 or higher WATER monster

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. In addition to a normal attack, this card can attack during the same Battle Phase as many times as the number of monsters on your opponent's side of the field that where Special Summoned. During the Battle Phase, negate the effect of all face-up cards your opponent controls.

[spoiler=Explanation]

The reason why this card is Anti-Meta is becuase it uses the much used Special Summon option for it's on benefit. See if your opponent didn't Sp. Summon (what happens a lot in Meta Decks) this card would just have 1 effect. And to let it attack freely against Frog Decks, which ussually stop you from Attacking, it has a powerfull negate effect. Which is ballanced out by it's unusual Material monsters and the fact that it can only be Fusion Summoned.

Lore:

Neither player can draw cards, including both player's respective Draw Phases. This card cannot declare an attack. If a Monster Effect is activated, Tribute this card to negate that effect and destroy it.

With T-King, provides a practical lock on everything.....

Can be played in any Anti-Meta variant pretty much and actually quite splashable in regular Decks that don't

focus on Draw power..

[spoiler=Ghost Train of the Doomed Legion]

234848r.jpg

Lore:

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. This card returns to the owners hand during the End Phase of the turn that it was Summoned or flipped face-up. You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard during your opponent's Standby Phase if your opponent controls 1 or more face-up monsters that were Special Summoned. If this card was Special Summoned, remove it from play when it is removed from the field. When this card is Summoned, destroy all face-up monsters on the field that were Special Summoned except this one. Neither player can Special Summon monsters while this card remains face-up on the field.

[spoiler=Explanation]So yeah, I have no idea. I think most of the Meta-Game is based on Special Summoning stuff, so I did something about that. Bam, Train rolls over everything that's Special Summoned. It can counter stuff like Gorz, several "Monsters that summon 1 monster of the Type X with 1500 ATK or less from your Deck" and Battle Fader if it's Summoned during your turn, and everything else if it's Summoned during your opponent's turn, which is actually pretty easy. Also it provides a formidable Defense against anything else due to it's high DEF (doh!). You of course need to memorize which cards were Special Summoned for his first effect... but that's only a small hassle. And it's a Spirit... hell, because I like them. And something that kills and shuts down Special Summons completely without any drawback is kinda... OP? Well, in it's current state, it probably still is... but I hate this task, so it qualifies perfectly :P

Requirements:

Make a card that would be useful in an anti-meta deck. If your card is meant for a specific type of anti-meta deck such as little city or stun, state it.

You have 1 week from now to complete the card.

good luck everyone.

Im sorry, but what is an anti-meta deck?
