Vediavis
I decided to try my hand at Signature making and decided to make something stupid. Its a brush-less so its not very good. Tell my ways to improve. I tried again after rendering a pic so hope its better. i decided not to add text to this one, not yet. Cin
The render is rendered horrifically bad and the text is barely readable.
Vediavis
Is there a way to get or make a good render?
Cin
There's many tutorials out on the net for how to use for example the Path Tool and Pen Tool
Legend Zero
Most sigs are brush-less. =/ The text has VERY distracting colors and as stated hard to read. (the green anyway) There is a lot to say but I'll refrain since its your first. You need to learn the basics in order to get better. (not just Sig basics but the basic of w/e program you use) Would you learn better from tuts or a pure xcf/psd file?
Vediavis
i think i would learn better with tutorials but i could probably learn either way. I will look up how to render so i can have better materials.
+tr.Ryder
You can go on planetrenders.net for better quality renders Try looking up some tutorials on devaintart.com You need to avoid making it so pixely. Try not to use text until you can make a decent tag without the text. Then try to add it in when you get better
Maliki
I dont like the text color or font. The render is really choppy. background is kinda random. Its mehish

+tr.Ryder
Oh well for the new one you have improved and the render looks great The drop shadow is too powerful though. Try and add more effects and lighting. Add a lightsource and shading a bit more.
Vediavis
Alright any better?
+tr.Ryder
Try sharpening your focal (Goku) Then try adding a lightsource. Take a blurry brush and brush somewhere where the light should be. Set it to screen at 20-30% Then do shadows at the edges
Vediavis
i re-added the drop shadow but made it less visible. i sharpened my focal but having a hard time adding a light source, (do to brightness of the background).
