Hmm...I wonder what that may mean. I see one of three possibilities.

1: He hasn't gotten to it yet.

2: He doesn't see the need to add any more mods anywhere else and has decided to stop where he is for the time being, unless and until he sees a need for more mods.

3: He s either to lazy to make the decision right now, or has but is just to lazy to implement it right now.

...Okay, so technically that is four, but you get my meaning.

On mods, we're discussing getting an additional mod for CC but IMO we could do with one for Clubs and Questions...but that would be all.=/ The FIRST thing we'd need to do though would be to teach some of the current mods how to be more active and how to do a better job, not just some half-assed modding that consists of flaming and egos. Because most of them are just crap right now.

Yes, yes, C&O needs a mod~

And well, it would be nice if the enire mod team were good, and active, but that's the main problem, they're not >.>

An almost fully new team would be good. (almost fully)

But they too may get bored when they do and leave their mod jobs and stuff.

STOP. >_< I dunno... And you are making me embarassed...

Maybe you're not right for the job. We certainly don't want a mod who doesn't believe in himself/herself.

The problem is that you grow bored easily of modding. Just like people grow bored of most sites, including this one. The first days you're all over the moon about gaining your modship but after a while it becames a hassle and after more time you may lose interest. MAY but doesn't have to be.

That's why I think only a few of the mods are really constant in the current team, it's normal that you lose interest but in that case, go freaking tell us.=/ If you have a section like...ahem Music, then no one is going to care, but if you have something like CC or General...then disappearing and coming when you want should just NOT happen. I mean, how many of the current mods have been in the team and are still active (minus YCMaker and Falling Pizza)? I'm not saying that it's bad, it's to be expected but then the admin should do the right thing and know that maybe 3 or 4 are going to stay constant and active for a long time, for the rest it's going to be a team with a lot of changes.

I just want to be a mod to do what I can. I know it would be a lot of work. I also know I'm not the first draft pick for most people, so I don't EXPECT it to fall on my lap.

I agree. I think the low amount of active mods is insane, really. We need them in many sections.

Well, I doubt I'd get tired of it. If I'm given a job like that I'd stick to it. I like it here. Yea it can be boring, what with my cards getting fewer and fewer comments and the RPs I join dying like cruzy, but still~!

Well~ Perhaps we should have brought that to YCMaker's attention as well. Demote those Mods that resigned or deal with those mods that are inactive (not necessarily demoting them but doing something) to get things running again. But still, what's the point of them telling you "hey Im going to be active whenever I want" if (a) you cant really do anything about it, and ( b ) if they most likely cant tell you. I mean being inactive isn't always a conscious decision. When I go inactive for periods it's not because I planned to, things happen, I get distracted, I just forget, etc. And I just dont come back for a while. I mean if they know they're going to be leaving then yea tell you or something but otherwise they cant really do that if it's not a conscious action can they?
