Lore:

During each of your End Phases, decrease the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 300. When this card destroys a monster by battle with a lower ATK than this card, it can attack again in a row (If it does, other monsters you control cannot declare an attack this turn). When this card is destroyed, decrease the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by the number of monsters this card destroyed by battle x 200.

[spoiler=Ser Warjacksworth's Card]274326.jpg

If you control a face-up Reptile-Type monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can remove from play 1 Reptile-Type monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Spawn Token" (Reptile-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 100/DEF 100). Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up Reptile Type monster to Special Summon 1 Reptile-Type monster from your Deck in Attack Position. If you activate this effect, this card cannot declare an attack during this turn.

Vote goes to Phantom.

And that's basically because of the idea. It can heavily disable your opponent if left alone, the last effect is pretty nice and flows well with the others, though you should use Counters to keep track of the number of monsters killed, just for convenience.

Warjacksworth's card can swarm stuff. Yeah, that's about it. Which Reptile-Deck is about Swarming again? If any, it's still pretty lame because every second commonly played Archetype relies on that mechanic by now... it gets boring. Useful: Yes, Interesting: No. Sorry :(

It makes Snake Rain playable. :blink:

Swarm is the only strategy in Yugioh. But bah.
