Alexis Rhodes
Is zombieland any good (movie)? We might watch it tomorrow in school.
FTW (For The Wynn)
IMO, Zombieland is a very good movie. I watched it in theaters twice. It isn't all that much of a horror movie though, it's movie of a comedy in a horror setting, which is a concept that intrigues me when done right. I enjoyed watching it, so yes, I recommend it. However, this is all my opinion, and it is easily disagreed with. You might not like it like I did.

FTW (For The Wynn)
I think the term for it is Thriller Comedy. It is a comedy though, well worth the watch.

FTW (For The Wynn)
Yes it is, or did you mean to discuss the movie Kickass? Just checking. Also, as a side note, along with this I have now taken over for Smesh for 1v1 Leaderboard. I may be a little busy with that, so I might be a little slow responding here every now and then. Smashsquatch
Cool, and no Kickass is not a horror film!
FTW (For The Wynn)
I know it isn't, but I had to make sure that wasn't what you were talking about. This way we avoid an unfortunate mishap later on down the line.

FTW (For The Wynn)
I was kinda disappointed with the movie as a whole, but this fight scene is pretty good.
Smashsquatch
Definetly! But who do you think actually won that battle! I won't ruin what happens for those who want to see it!
FTW (For The Wynn)
[spoiler=Don't Read unless you don't mind having a movie spoiled]Jason won that battle. Freddy had the upper hand for most of it, but Jason turned it around towards the end. I'll admit, it probably could've gone either way, but Jason took it. Smashsquatch
I kept rooting for Jason in that whole movie! I Jason should fight the Aliens!
FTW (For The Wynn)
I kept rooting for Jason in that whole movie! I Jason should fight the Aliens! Have you seen Jason X yet? I could see it being made with the events of Jason X.
Smashsquatch
No but I want to see it so freaking badly!
Gabriel Maeso
Zombieland is EXELENT! I like a lot too! and I think that one of my top ten horror movie is... Jason X (it's so weird/funny/god/...)
.Ash
Meh. I don't like all these constant sequels to good original horror movies. Jason X is one of them. The cliffhanger for Freddy vs Jason left me... very unsatisfied.
FTW (For The Wynn)
It was a good fight, but yeah, I didn't like the cliffhanger ending for it. They need a rematch.
.Ash
Apparently, the Freddy vs Jason vs Ash series clears up the rematch. Not that I've read them though.
FTW (For The Wynn)
I've never even heard of them. Sounds interesting though.
.Ash
I only came across them when randomly looking through Wikipedia. Back to the main topic, do you guys rate the Hannibal series as horror movies? I count them, and Silence of the Lambs / The Red Dragon make up my top 2 so far. Not sure about the other 8. FTW (For The Wynn)
Yes, Hannibal Lector is as much a horror character as anyone or anything else.
.Ash
Lecter himself maybe, but the books themselves fall more into a Psychological Thriller genre. Horror is there, just not the main focus of the books. And the movie's, to a point.
FTW (For The Wynn)
True, very true, but I will count Hannibal Lector and his various stories in this case. He is considered a horror icon.
