Wikipedia entry:

Satan is an embodiment of antagonism that originates from the Abrahamic religions, being traditionally considered a "fallen" angel in Judeo-Christian belief and a Jinn in Islamic belief. Originally, the term was used as a title for various entities (humans, accusing angels, etc.) that challenged the religious faith of humans in the Hebrew Bible. Since then, the Abrahamic religions have used "Satan" as a name for the Devil.

In a sense, we are both right.

Well then, that is very good Smashsquatch :D

To continue our latest topic, like I said before, most if not all religions have their version of demons and devils and some King of Hell. Every culture believes in their own versions of Heaven and Hell, whether it be different realms or states of mind (Nirvana) or various other ideas.

Edit: On a side note, I might not be here much for the next few days. I'm working on a couple of projects, 1 IRL and 1 for here.

The concept of Hell(s) in Buddhism is very different from that of other religions. It is not a place for eternal damnation as viewed by 'almighty creator' religions. In Buddhism, it is just one of the six realms in Samsara [i.e. the worst of three undesirable realms]. Also, there are virtually unlimited number of hells in the Buddhist cosmology as there are infinite number of Buddha worlds.

Does this help?

It was a classic a SNES game!

It's hard but it's mainly about this resurrected knight who's been summoned to kill Lucifer and his demon/undead army!

The first one was called Ghouls N Goblins but then they changed the name and added a better plot to it!

One of my favorite video game characters the Red Arremer were from that game!
