Entry reserved If this card was used to Tribute Summon a monster with "Monarch" in it's name you may choose 1 of these effects.- Pay 1000 Life Points to summon 1 monster with "Monarch" in it's name from your hand or Deck. Chaos Impact™ Posted January 31, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 31, 2008 Right, everyone i am sorry but i will have to split the prize between DAJ and sasukechidori58 because i saw sasukechidori58's card once because it showed me and i liked it but i can't judge it because i can't see it.
