Master White
1 Warrior-type Tuner monster + "Elemental Hero Sparkman" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters. Once per turn, you can decrease this cards attack and defense by 1000 until the End Phase to return 2 cards on the field to the respective owner's Deck. Hope you all like it. ♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Rather balanced. At the cost of 1000 ATK and DEF you can return 2 cards on the field. Rather like Brionac only less broken. Sorry for the bland comment =/ cant think of much at the moment.
Master White
Yea, that was the goal for this card for whole thing, a E-Hero Synchro monster that returns cards. But if you par this up with prisma, that would be bad.
cRAGLE 62
just my opinion but i think that its attack is a bit too high to take down in battle? if the decrease is only until your end phase then the 2800 atk monster is kinda hard to kill.... i like it though 8/
Master White
Yea, thats the thing though, that was my worry, but I'll let others decide, I think its fair b/c e-hero monsters need a synchro helper.
Lord Ursus
Rather interesting graphics, though the lore looks kinda... bad. Ow well. Correct OCG: 1 Warrior-Type Tuner monster + "Elemental Hero Sparkman" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters. Once per turn, you can decrease the ATK and DEF of this card by 1000 until the End Phase to return 2 cards on the field to the respective owner's Deck. First time I've seen an Elemental Hero Synchro. So, good creativity. The image is basicly a neat copy-pase of various Yu-Gi-Oh cards, though the image as a whole seems ok. I don't think this would be used in the meta, but everything that's used in the meta these days are broken, so yeah. (Wish YGO was a bit more casual. :/) All in all, I rather like this, though I don't think it's your best work. Keep it up. G.
Thanks Ursus, well, to tell you truth, when I first wrote this effect, I was following original effect instincts and using originality, and I thought, you know what, time to bring out a beefed up Sparkman. You want to know a little secret, somehow an Awesome thing happened when I was working with gimp, I accidentally merged the wings of Winged Dragon of Ra to Sparkman instead of it actually looking like its connected, which was Awesome. So, that is how i did that, the look I got by this was Awesome and left it, and I think they both agreed with it, or otherwise that probably would of not happened. Maybe it is a glitch, but either way, I love how the picture turned out. By the way, I have 8 cards I am dedicated on working right now, all linked to each other, so I hope people will want to see them, who Knows. Lord Smeagle
Been lookin' for this thread... It has potential, definitely. One interesting combo I thought of was that you could kill a searcher monster (Giant Rat / Nimble Momonga / etc.), and then during the Main Phase 2 bounce it to their Deck for no permanent ATK loss. It's a good way to maintain field AND hand advantage. I could see it being broken based on the fact that it bounces to the Deck. The only cards that do that and see any play are Raiza and Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, and both of those are one-shots that only bounce one. The difficulty of summoning this one, though, might stop it from being abused, since you have to have three monsters and two of them are specific, so it isn't splashable. If you want to err on the side of caution, have the ATK decrease until your next Standby Phase. It'd still be good.

Archwing
Name: I love the name! Pic:Its great but it looks kinda like you just spliced parts together, its a good job but idk dosnt look natural OCG:Looks good Effect:Kinda bland but useful Balance:The ATK and DEF are good compared to the stars, the only thing is it might be hard to summon, its 8 stars and most Warrior-Type monsters ( i dont know about the tuner ones) i can think of are 4 stars, but then you need another non-tuner monster. I could be wrong but whatever The little Extras:The edition is missing but all the other stuff is there, i like the custom job on the card, i can just imagine the red/orange reflection bouncing off it. Your overall Grade is A- A great card
forteller
Yes most turners in general are 3 or 2 stars monsters thats y stardust has 8 stars cuz 3+4=7 and 2+4=6 4 being the most common level for a monster making it harder to summon it you want it easy to summon you make it a 7 star it being the most likely combination

Master White
@Above 3 posters, I will not make it a 7 star, b/c then it will be so op'd it wouldn't be funny, so, I will leave it as is, but thanks. Thanks, I will release the other cards as soon as this gets 20 replies.
