15 Years ago a Meteor composed of Minus energy almost crashed into the earth, if it had hit then all energy on earth would have been negated and thus it was called the Zero Meteor. But do to the Work of the Signers and the Crimson Dragon the Meteor was stopped though they have not been seen since then, though the rest of the world was saved.
Now a new pack of Duel Monster Cards have come out called Feedback, and in this pack came both Dark Synchro and Dark Tuner monsters. This pack has become incredibly popular and many duelists now play with Dark Syncro Decks, including Yusei and Aki’s son.
Even with the strange new cards coming out Industrial Illusions has given no comment on then and has even gotten a new CEO. But strange things some to be happening especially in a local tournament were one of the duelists arm glowed and a strange symbol appeared and his opponent being blown back, though people just assumed that he was a psychic duelist.

Seiyu's school had gotten out early today and he had made plans with Vicky to go shopping later, it was odd for him to wait outside of the duel academy in his normal academy cloths seeing as he had only recently started dueling and he didn't quite feel like a duelist yet and normally kept his duel disk in his bag. He checked his cell phone seeing how much longer it would take before Vicky's classes would be over and he felt odd having his duel disk in his bag seeing as it was a lefty duel disk that his farther had left him before he disappeared, he was worried that he would be harassed like normal but luckily this time he felt he could stand up to them now that has a deck.

"I can't believe I actually have to come here!" a girl with long raven hair grumbled bitterly, exiting the school. "Just because I'm not 18 doesn't mean I need to waste my time!" she snapped to no one in particular, jumping over six stairs. She landed and tripped promptly, falling over. Once she hit the ground, she pushed herself up, adding some enraged curses to her rant about how 'cover' or not, she didn't need to learn boring stuff.

She straightened her black jacket and adjusted the sunglasses on her forehead, looking around as if expecting no one to have seen her spill.

James sat at his favourite Tea Shop enjoying a cup of Earl Grey. Or at least he would be but two upitty brats had started Dueling in the park arcoss the street which wouldn't have bugged him normaly but the younger of the two and pulled a Dark Synchro. James hated Dark Synchros. He had been young when he first saw one but, he remembered that horrid Hundred Eye Dragon that the Dark Sighner Kiryu. How he used the damned beast to pull that god awful Earthbound God. He remembered the sence of evil coming from the Dark Synchro. He was scared of them. He was sure some day the damn tings would turn everyone using them into phychopathic Duelist looking to destroy the world. He choked down the last of his tea to keep from screaming his head off at the foolish little brats. He payed his bill and stormed down the street away from the Dueling fools and their cursed monsters.

Jack noticed a girl trip down the steps and chuckled silently after he was reasonably sure she was OK. He pulled out his touch screen 'pen' and typed up a quick message before walking over to the clumsy girl. He placed his hand on her shoulder and nodded as she looked over to him before showing her his screen. You OK there, miss? He asked, I tell ya, that third step from the top is a real jerk when he wants to be. You sure you don't need to go to the nurse and get your leg looked at? He cleared the screen as soon as she was done reading and hit what must have been a shortcut key because when he turned it around again and offered his hand to her, it read I'm Jack, by the way. Sorry about the literacy test I'm putting you through, but I'm afraid that I'm a mute.

The girl in question glared at the screen, blinking when she realized what he was showing her. "I'm fine," she scowled, blinking at the next message. "And I'll be fine," she said, impatiently, about to snap at him for making her read inquiries, rather than speak. Then the last message made the glare in her eyes fade, as .

"OH!" she exclaimed, grinning in an almost maniacal fashion, accepting his hand and shaking it enthusiastically. "I'm Cecilia!" she said brightly. "A great pleasure to meet you, Jack!" The earlier anger at tripping seemed to have vanished instantly. "I've never met a mute before. That's so...well, not COOL, but you know what I mean!"

He chuckled silently smiled, typing away on his screen, Yes, I know what you mean. It's a pleasure meeting you Cecelia. Sorry if I misspelled your name. Are you sure you don't need me to carry your things? You did take quite a fall, and I would hate for you to strain your leg anymore than it already is. He cleared the message on the screen after she was done and typed up another, I really don't mind giving you a hand if you need one. Plus, it would give us an opportunity to talk... Well, I suppose it would give YOU an opportunity to talk, but I'll get your attention if I have something to say.

Cecilia peered at the screen carefully. "I-L-I-A," she correct. "No big deal, though!" she practically giggled. "No, really my leg's fine and the only thing I might need carried would be my Dueling stuff, and that's easily remedied by just putting it on my arm, you know?" she giggled again.

"We can walk and talk if you want," she said, changing direction with an unnecessary flourish. "I'm just so glad to get out of that school! Ugh, it feels like a time waste sometimes, with all the droning and lectures and the homework!" she smirked.

Cecilia. OK, won't happen again. Jack showed her, smiling at the girl, And no, I don't know. He moved his bag to the side so Cecilia could see his Duel Gun, Though I'm probably going to have to sometime, you wouldn't believe how annoying it was to try to convince my teachers that I wasn't trying to shoot up the place. He sighed, Never gonna bother with THAT again. The mute Duelist chuckled, Glad that cloud of doom and gloom hanging over your head managed to completely dissipate. You looked like you were going to shoot someone before I started talking to you... well, you know what I mean.

Cecilia's eyes widened. "You have one of THOSE?!" she squealed excitedly. "I've only heard of them...I'm stuck with one of these bulky Duel Disks," she said, taking the disk from her bag to show it to him. She paused, shrugged, and just slid the disk onto her arm. No point in returning it to her bag, anyway. Although I do have one of those sweet light-weight green screen disks, but I can't use them in school! Stupid cover...

She giggled, shaking the previous thought aside. "Yeah, I can see how they'd think that," she said, her eyes sparkling in amusement. She spun around and mimed shooting a tree with a Duel Disk gun. "Card Game Headshot!" She giggled. "I just get cranky because of school, it's so boring!" she said, practically whining. "Not enough time to do fun things, like Dueling!"

"I know how you feel, pipsqueak. The giant mute typed, All day long I get people cracking jokes about my height, or, even worse, asking me for directions to their next class. That starts off annoying as all Hell and only goes downhill from there. He chuckled and undid the snap keeping his Duel Gun locked in its holster, Care to try it? He asked Cecilia, Just pull the trigger and slip it onto your arm. He smiled at the short girl and offered her the gun, handle first, and continued typing once she took it.

Things had been boring and traffic was murder on his patience. "All of this just to get to the mall....." Draco looked out the tinted window of his limousine and could only see the usual soulless looking masses walking the streets of the city. "how boring......there has to be something of interest in this town.....Driver, I'm sure your bored as well, take the day off I'm taking a walk. "he got out of the vehicle and started looking through the alleyways. "now this, should be different" before the Driver could tell him to avoid the alleys the young man was off on his way.

"I wonder....on the way to the mall should also be that school........Father says some interesting students should go there.....but by now it would be over....." he stands across the street of the school, looking at the remaining students. "I wonder, which of these are the ones Father keeps talking about, the children of great duelists......maybe it's just plain irony that they all come here, but who knows.....Grandfather Pegasus did write many times that things happen for a reason.

"Really?" Cecilia squeaked, ignoring the 'pipsqueak' comment. She removed the Disk from her arm to make room and eagerly took the gun-shaped Disk, examining it carefully. She had seen what the other duelist had written, but nevertheless wanted to study it first. It did look peculiarly like an actual firearm, aside from the small, but obvious hologram projector not far from where the 'hammer' of a revolver would be.

She spun the 'gun' like a gunslinger, nearly dropping it in the process. With a giggle, she slid it onto her arm, pressing the trigger at the same time and marveling at how the weapon pivoted and the zones unfolded from the device, the hologram light turning on. "Wow!" she squealed. This thing had to be a piece of history. She mimed drawing a card, pivoting her arm to see how well the weight was balanced at different angles.

"This is awesome!" she exclaimed.

Jack chuckled and picked Cecilia's Duel Disk up where she dropped it and looked it over, before categorizing it as a slightly smaller-than-average off the rack Disk, So, He typed when she was done playing around, How do you like it? He asked, his eyes smiling brightly, Does it pass your vigorous product testing, or does it need to undergo further review before you can cast judgment? He looked Cecilia up and down and couldn't help but chuckle at the sight of such a tiny girl using a Duel Gun.

After walking for a few minutes he had heard a familiar sound, as he was involved with some negotiations with Kaibacorp and the many trips to the production factories he recognized the sound of a "Duel Gun" when it was being activated "hmm, yes.....I see that there is an interesting person using a Duel Gun....especially all the way in the city..... and so long after they stopped their production" he began walking toward where he heard the sound come from, if he was lucky, the people he met might be well, "interesting" he was glad that he was wearing his special wristblade, just in case he felt like dueling. "hmm, did I even bring my deck?" he reached in his pocket and to his luck he seemed to be missing some of his Extra Deck cards. "oh well, I shouldn't be using those anyway.

Seiyu had been challenged by one of Vicky's many fans, the boy had thought he would be able to simply challenged him to a duel and because Seiyu didn't attend their academy he must be a terrible duelist, that did not seem to be the case. "Now I'll dark tune my level 10 Dark Synchron to my level 2 Synchron Explorer, Darkness that rides besides light become a new shining star! Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Take flight, Star Shadow Dragon. Now I'll have my Dark Diviner attack your Darklord Desire, so say good by to him and the top ten cards of your deck to the graveyard then my Star Shadow Dragon will attack you directly for game." The boy was surprised to have lost to this kid that always seemed to hang around Vicky but then he realized were he had seen this kind of dueling before and realized just who this guy was he was the sun of the Legendary Duelist Yusei Fudo!
Star Shadow Dragon
LV -8 / Wind / Dragon / Effect / Dark Synchro
ATK 2500 / DEF 2000
1 non-Tuner monster - 1 Dark Tuner monster
You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's, and destroy that card. If you negate an effect this way, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during the End Phase.

Dark Diviner
LV -4 / Dark / Fiend / Effect / Dark Synchro
ATK 2000 / DEF 1000
1 non-Tuner monster - 1 Dark Tuner monster
This monster cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card attacks an opponent's monster with a higher ATK, send 1 card from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard equal to the difference between this card's original ATK and the attack target's ATK for every 100 points of difference. Then the ATK of the attack target becomes equal to this card's ATK until the end of the Battle Phase.

while continuing his walk he felt an even stronger urge. "and it seems a duel has just ended as well....not just that, by the sound of the pixels....eh heh.....I knew getting on a different path would prove to be interesting......" he walked towards the direction of the Holograms roar. "We only gave a copy of that card to 1 person, as a memento of his Father's disappearance.....I wonder if he's become a good duelist with that card.....now...I'm very interested.....I should see what this kid is like, it's been a while since I talked to anyone my age anyway." Draco brushed his hair back as he looked toward Seiyu's direction, his decision to leave the Limo, seemed to be the best decision he had made in a while.

A slow clapping started nearby. A cute girl wearing the female equivalent of the Duel Academy uniform with a black button-up shirt and a black and red plaid skirt underneath. She had long flowing black hair with two bangs, one on either side of her face, and a set of small spikes on the sides of her head. Her royal purple eyes were focused on the evil version of her father's rival's ace card.
"So, where did you get the new card, Seiyu?" Victoria "Vicky" Atlas, the current "Duel Queen" of the New Domino Duel Academy, asked her frenemy/rival.

Draco had arrived not even 20 feet away from where the duel had happened when he spotted yet another familiar face. A while ago his father had sent him on a simple errand, and that was to read up and learn of the former Dueling Champions of the world and their families, while looking up the two most recent he had also learned of their children, his photographic memory had instantly recognized them and their profiles, though they may be a little outdated as it stated that Seiyu was a non-duelist. However the girl, Victoria was quite a formidable opponent, much like her father before her. "These two are interesting on their own, but by the roar I heard, that was no Stardust Dragon, it sounded a little darker. I wonder if he's using the card Father made him, and if the girl has recieved her copy of that Archfiend

Yue felt her way to a bench and sat down, leaning back and grinning. She was in a particularly good mood and had recently taking to waiting in the park just outside of the local duel academy while the students where leaving. Due to her accute sense of hearing, she could hear the sound of duels all the way from here as well as the faint chatter of students. She turned her head to to one side so as to hear a bit better, catching the sounds of a dragons roar in the distance.
"Sounds like someone's having fun," she chuckled to herself.
She drummed her fingers on the shaft of her cane for a minute or two, humming softly.
"Dead men, dead men, swinging in a tree," she sang under her breath "How many dead men do you see? Tongue turned blue and face gone grey Watch them as they twist and sway."

Things didn't look too promising for Walter. With only a small mechanical-looking bird on his field, whilst facing off against three powerful monsters and a Discord trap cutting off his synchro monsters, it didn't seem his win would be easy. He was ahead by 900 life points, but with each of his opponent's monsters being capable of taking him out, it would come down to this turn, but he wasn't worried. He already had the card he needed in his hand, having recovered it before. "I draw, and tribute Scrap Searcher to summon Scrap Golem," he explained, as the bulky creature emerged onto the field, "and now with it's effect I can summon Scrap Searcher to your field, activating it's effect and eliminating all of your monsters."

20 seconds later Walter had won, and turned to leave. "That was fun, I guess we'll have to have a rematch sometime, although I have to be going now." He headed out of the door and began to walk along the city streets, glad to get some fresh air after being inside for most of the day. As he passed a park, he decided the air there would be better than on the streets, and so turned into the park and began to walk through it, passing a girl with a cane sat on a bench.

Cecilia's eyes glinted as she read Jack's message. "It's soooo awesome! It has tremendous novelty!" As she spoke, she continued to move her arm to check the disk's balance. It was indeed vastly superior to the heavier disk she had been carrying before. "It passes so far, but it could use further review. I haven't seen it in action, after all," she smirked, looking up at the much taller boy, who she just realized was about a foot and a half taller than she was. "And what do you think of mine? It's a common disk, I know, but it works."

Yue paused her humming as she heard someone walk past, apparently paying little attention to her. She shrugged, not really bothered by it but stood up nonetheless, sweeping her cane out in front of her to check for obstacles before following the man's footsteps.
"Nice day for a walk, yeah?" She said, coming up behind the man and putting on a cheerful expression.

Walter could tell he was being followed, but didn't think it anything more than someone heading the same way until they spoke. "Huh?" Walter murmured, turning at the sound of the voice. The source was the woman he'd past before, who he now realised was actually rather tall, and - judging by the way she was sweeping the cane ahead of her as she walked - was blind, or at least had limited sight. He moved to the side to avoid the cane and moved alongside her, matching her pace. "You're right," he replied to her question, "and it's even nicer after spending the entire day inside." He considered offering her a hand, but if she was blind she wasn't going to see it. "I'm Walter, by the way," he added, "and whom do I have the pleasure of speaking with?"

"My name's Yue," she replied brightly.
She heard his footsteps fall into place beside her, she supposed so she wouldn't accidentally catch him with her cane.
"I take it you don't get out much," she replied, not looking in his direction, but given the situation there was little point "Guess you're not here for sightseeing then."
She grinned slightly, the phrase had always seemed funny to her for some reason.

Since she hadn't looked at him, and was still walking around with her eyes shut, she probably was blind, Walter decided. Even if she was doing it for charity or something she would probably have turned to face him out of instinct. Plus she seemed a little messy - she was a pretty girl, but what she looked like didn't seem as though it was that important to her. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Yue," he replied. "I suppose you already realise I'm not a local, and in fact I'm attending the university here, which is why how much I can get out depends on the day. Since I had a lot of lectures today, I haven't had more than ten minutes at a time when I wasn't in one, whereas yesterday I only had a couple of hours. But I'm sure you don't want to listen to the trials of a student. What brings you out this afternoon?"
