i saw Cloverfield at the theatres on sunday, and i thought it was quite possibly the awesomest movie ever made.

everything was like exploding the whole time, including the statue of liberty, the Manhattan Bridge, and one of the main characters.

very very awesome.

i thought it was great.

apparently the critics didnt think it was any good.

well guess what? i dont give a sheet about the plot, character developement, which actors were in it, who the producer was, and least of all, how predictable the ending was (because the army dude told them what would happen...duh...you had to expect what the guy said would happen...)

i thought it was awesome.

"WOW! BOMS ND STUFFS EVRYWER! GRAT MOO-V 11/10s!"

Sorry HORUS, but a film should not be rated on it's action, which is why films like Die Hard 4 and Rambo 3 are total *daylights*.

The acting in this was really disappointing, and I must agree with the critics.

Not awesome.

the acting was realistic, unlike other movies. if you didnt notice, it was intended to be normal people thrown into a crazy situation.

for example, the acting in the Harry Potter movies is total crap, but the movies still get high ratings and good reviews.

and i was overexaggerating about everything exploding all the time. the whole time they were in the Subway tunnels, climbing the stairs, rescuing the person, and the entire beginning part had no explosions in them.

i just think it was realistic (other than the fact that an alien monster was attacking the city), because they were just normal people in a crazy situation.

the monster didnt look ANYTHING like Godzilla...

godzilla is like a dinosaur, that shoots fire from its mouth or something.

the Cloverfield monster is skinny, has lots of arms and legs like a spider, its head was completely different, and basically it was nothing like Godzilla.

like you would do any better filming while being attacked by demon squid spiders...
