Engetsu
I don't see "Secret Village of the Spellcasters" as part of it's effect. You misunderstood my requirements, but I guess I should have been more specific.
Phantom M.C.
your requirements stated that the monsters has to work with secret village of the spellcaster, not that it has to have "Secret Village of the Spellcasters" as part of its effect. so you want me to include it? Engetsu
Nah forget about it. It works with Secret Village of the Spellcasters, so I'll post it up. Besides it's my fault that I wasn't specific enough with the requirements anyways. EDIT: My card is up, so let's start this contest.
FTW (For The Wynn)
My vote goes to Engetsu because his card seems more playable to me, plus more creative. I like them both though, not bad.

Engetsu
Thanks for voting. Btw Phantom M.C.'s card doesn't summon other monsters, it just adds them to your hand. 2-0 Engetsu
Guest Mako109
I must as well go with Engetsu. Phantom's card is kinda Op'd, easy removal of Spellcasters. But if your opponent doesn't use to many Spellcasters, the card becomes irrelevant. Also, I notices 1 or 2 OCG errors. Engetsu's card, as far as I can tell, has great OCG. No noticeable errors. Its not Op'd, and its useful. Engetsu GMV.
