A Little Too Powerful?

OK, I made these cards a while ago, and I was just wondering if they were a little to powerful.

 

Saruin, First Form

ROSA- EN020

12*SHADOW*Divine-Fiend*4000/3800

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of “Favor of Darkness”. If this card destroys a Monster or inflicts Battle Damage, tribute this card to Special Summon “Saruin, Second Form” from your hand or deck.

 

Saruin, Second Form

ROSA- EN021

14*SHADOW*Shadow-Fiend*5000/4800

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of “Saruin, First Form”. This card does Piercing Damage. This card can attack all Monsters on the field.

 

Favor of Darkness

ROSA- EN022

Spell

Tribute 3 or more Monsters on your side of the field to Special Summon, “Schirach”, “Death”, or “Saruin, First Form” from your hand deck or graveyard.

 

For those of you who know, these are based off of the Romancing SaGa game. And yes, they have entirely new Attributes and Types.

Whoa, man! Those are way too overpowered, and the price is unfair! May I consider changing First Form's ATK to 2300 and DEF 1900, and Second form's ATK to 3000 and DEF 2000; and have it only have piercing damage.

I would change their ATK but that means I would have to change Shirach's and Death's ATK and DEF too. Oh, and I modified their effects.

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of “Favor of Darkness”. Once per turn, Tribute 1 Monster on your side of the field, to Special Summon 1 Monster in your graveyard.

Just did, xD. But, nothing about the 3 dark gods. Besides all the DeviantART pics I use for my cards are always bad quality.
